I think he thinks she doesn't want to say creepy-ass cracker in front of his mom because it might be racial. I think she didn't want to say "ass" in front of his mom.
"Do you associate tears with a sign of grief, pain, and suffering?"
"Of course."
Dude. Seriously? Now we're back to why she lied about not going to the wake.
I think I liked her better yesterday, she had some spunk.
I tried to stop watching, but it didn't work.
He's not understanding that when she's being interviewed by someone she's not going to volunteer information unless you specifically ask her. She didn't want to be there, she didn't want to be interviewed, she didn't want to give her real name, her real age; she wanted nothing to do with the situation. Not saying I agree with her, but it's obvious that is her mindset.
"Can we approach the bench?"
"No."
lol
"Crump is not law enforcement, I told them if law enforcement wanted to get in touch with me I would tell them everything. Got it??" There she is lol

This gal will not answer anything unless asked. I don't care for the questioning either, but in a way, this gal is forcing him to ask so many questions and she beats around the bush until he is sooo specific she must answer. Despite his slow way to question, she is indirectly causing it.
Poor girl he said yesterday he had about two more hours and he has been going on and on about nothing all morning, it seems like she has huge bags under her eyes today
Now that we are on break, our local narrators are describing the situation about her questions and answering is like trying to get information out of a locked box.
I want to give her a big hug!
Great find! What an excellent read.
He's bullying her at his own client's peril. It's coming off as douchy and bullyingThe 19-year-old Miami native is an easy target for obvious, yet shallow reasons. But let's not forget why she's actually on the stand in George Zimmerman's second degree murder trial. Rachel was the last person to speak to a living, breathing Trayvon Martin. The guilt, shame and sorrow she must feel is something most of us will never be able to comprehend. You could hear it in her voice, see it in her jittery body language. She is feeling the wrath of this highly publicized case.
Rachel was thrown head first into this murder story, unwillingly. And although she had repeatedly said she did not want to be a witness, did not even want to believe she was the last person Trayvon spoke to, Rachel took the stand for all the right reasons. She was asked to by the family of her deceased friend and feeling part of the burden for his death, she wanted to help.
Rachel was raw, emotional, aggressive and hostile, and she was unapologetically herself.

I was watching the commentary on CNN and laughed because someone pointed out that Trayvon described Zimmerman as a creepy-ass cracker as well as a nigga. He made the point that young people today don't look at race the same way older people do.
Now she's saying: "Yes, Mr. West." It's like the southern bless your little heart![]()
With her making so many variations of what she heard, how can she be rehabbed. At this point, the only valid proof is she was on the phone.
