Jodi didn't wear "tons of makeup" her makeup was pretty simple, yet she looked pretty. Foundation, mascara, lipstick, very few eyeliner. She just got very ugly, plus, she's older now.

Her biggest change is probably due to her weight loss. Her face had shrinkage and it really changes her look.
IMO Nurmi just isn't as persuasive as Martinez. He just has no passion in his voice. I'm not feelin it. I really hate the phrases he uses. I also don't like how he keeps sayin "this isn't about"
