To the felon Darryl was just another man who betrayed her. He didn't cheat on her but he told her he didn't want to get married or have any more children. She invested four years of her life and to her this was just another betrayal. When she met TA she was already in an emotional/financial downward spiral.
When she met TA she must have thought she finally won the lottery. He was young, financially stable (at that point), successful, had lot's of friends and traveled. He owned a nice house, drove an expensive car. No wonder she latched on to him right away. After 4 or 5 dates she was telling Sky Hughes that she was having visions of them being married, where it would happen, etc. It was her dream come true.
One thing Jodi didn't count on though was Jodi, herself. She's obsessive. She's a snoop. She couldn't help herself. Pretty soon her true colors were flying - her freak flag was at full staff and snapping in the wind.
After she moved to Mesa and still couldn't convince him that she was the girl of his dreams and then had return her borrowed futon, booted out by her bff Rachel (love to know the true story behind that!) and then had to admit to defeat by pulling out of Mesa in her U-HAUL truck after wrecking TA's BMW (I now kind of think she did that on purpose) she must have been full of rage.
Even after leaving Mesa she continued to hack his email/social media accounts. We don't know what she did to prompt that last text from TA where he said he was going to expose her, it could have been a culmination of things or something else we m,ay never know (blackmail w/sex tape?).
Once he said she was going expose that's when she knew for sure she was going to kill him but I think she started plotting it the day she pull she pulled out of Mesa in her UHAUL.
Good afternoon (morning for some) guys! I haven't posted since before the verdict. (It was CRAZY on here that day, was reading on my phone) Came home to watch the M1 come down and was SO FRIGGIN HAPPY! (Best bday ever for me!)

I know some here feel sorry for Jodi's family, but I'm starting to think that every one of them is a piece of trash. The only one I can cut any slack for right now is her dad. He really seems to acknowledge that Jodi is a fucked-up psycho. The rest of the go along with Jodi's lies and machinations, and apparently join in on trashing the real victim and his family.

My money is on making an ass of herself. It's just so unbelievable that she can't be respectful and remorseful even though her life frickin depends on it.I'm wondering if she will take the stand? A lot of people say she thinks she's smarter than everyone else and that as a result she really didn't expect to be convicted, but I'm starting to think it's the exact opposite. I think she and her defense team knew this was a lost cause within a few weeks of trial starting (maybe sooner). That would explain why she isn't making any effort to hide her negative emotions. It might also account for her decision to drag Travis and his family through all of this. If she's going down, she's going to have her say before they lock her up.

Lol gotta love Juan. He is the same every single day. Calm, smooth, just so "yeah i got this" since day one. He really is damn good at his job. Wilmutt really had no chance (i mean, besides the case being so open and shut IMO) she was just so flustered all the damn time; high pitched, scrambling through her notes...Juan always just went up, said what he had to and that was that. Never a moment of looking rattled. Love it.
And yeah convict is looking ROUUUUUGH today. Nice bangs. All five of them today.
