I don't know how anyone could even consider lunch after seeing those autopsy photos. So sad.

This trial is very upsetting on so many levels.... The only word that comes to mind is waste.

I know what you mean. Her family have suffered much although their suffering isn't on the same scale compared to the torment she inflicted on Travis Alexander, his family and friends. It is all so wasteful, I agree. I have wondered if Arias regrets the carnage she wrecked but I don't think she does. Even now, I reckon she would do it again because she got what she wanted. In her sick mind, it is still worth it. Her smug, monstrous secret of what actually happened, she will nurse for years. She couldn't live, she couldn't breathe without him. Remember those interrogation tapes? The song lyrics.

Can any of the trial watching geniuses here remember when she said something on the stand about Travis calling her a brat? Was it day 29? In the interrogation room she muttered something like, "Still beat you, brat". She loves playing evil games. She knew she was being watched so ensured she got an audience for her 'singing'. She chills my bones to ice.

LOL..They said I was never in any real danger. I also worked there. Later, a friend who worked in the anesthesia department told me she pulled my chart for a mortality and morbidity study. I was put back on a respirator and put back to sleep. They woke me a second time and I had my body back. Unfortunately, I didn't understand that I was okay yet. It was like no time had passed and I woke frantic. I pulled my own tube and actually tried to flee. I was very embarrassed afterwards as I knew many of the people who witnessed this. It sucked. I hope this fucking nurse anesthetist talks to her patients that wake like that. It would have made a world of difference. I didn't believe them when they told me this period lasted less than a minute. I really thought this was it, I was gone. I didn't spend one iota making peace with God...I was only focused on survival.

Can you tell me where you got this info? My understanding based reviewing the AZ statutes is different.

She is chilling and morbidly fascinating. A poster on w/s made an interesting observation in that she killed Travis not because she could not live without him but because he could live without her. I thought that this analysis was very insightful.
