Sneakers we'll probably see her on lockup
just popped in to say AMEN! a day late and a $ short... but glad to see some spine from the bench.
need I repeat? the interview, post-conviction, should have NEVER been allowed.
and I'll have to wait a year or so for the fog to clear my gray-matter but I will read Shanna Hogan's book(s)

I don't think she was that deep. As much as her intellect has been touted by Nurmi, I think her brain function is majorly complex and also very one-dimensional, at the same time. She knows two emotions: good and bad. She likes the good, has no idea how to deal with the bad. She doesn't get that she is in any kind of control over her well-being....instead, she associates her feelings of happiness with things and people that surround her. They make or break her happiness or self-worth. That is very typical of BPD. If they are not happy, it is always because someone else failed them. And they get pouty and angry and hold grudges forever. I really think that Jodi killed Travis because she was angry that she could not make him her own. She didn't want Ryan or Matt or Darryl.....she wanted Travis. For that reason, alone, she tried to possess him in every sense of the word. When she couldn't accomplish that, she killed him. Empathy, compassion, love, relating to others....they don't know how. It's like they are from Mars, and suddenly get plunked on Earth.....they are almost alien in their own skin.

My bite is worse than my bark!
I think Jodi liked to keep some options open. Ryan was an excuse and an alibi for a road trip. She may have had a casual interest in him, but I think with him living in his father's home and being a newcomer to PPL, she would move on to greener pastures. She was waiting for someone of Travis' stature to come along. Nice car, nice house, travel...that sort of thing.
Can't quote but I too hope they get in.... Ian has a great way of making you feel as if you are there!!
Thank you for the info sneakers! It's good to know that reality is probably hitting her hard right now. I'm wondering why the twitter account is still up. Do we have to wait for sentencing for that communication to stop as well?
Good luck Ian and Denver! It's going to be a tough day in court tomorrow. It would be a great day to get in tho.
Looking at jodis past, i think travis was literally probably the best thing that ever happened to her which is why she became obsessed with him. I dont think she was able to handle it when she saw he was really trying to pull away, and in her mind i guess she rather him be dead than him be with someone else but her

Faq, seriously, tomorrow is the one day I would NOT want to be in court. It's going to be the ME testifying about how much Travis suffered in graphic detail, that he most likely felt every one of those 27 stab wounds, the slashes to the back of his head...plus I'm sure they'll show those awful autopsy photos on the giant screens they have in the courtroom. It's going to be very hard to listen to, very dark and disturbing stuff. Just something to consider...

I wasn't boo hoo-ing anything! It was sarcasm.
Seriously, I haven't had any issue with you. Who are you?! Ugh, don't answer that. I don't want to know. Do whatever the fuck helps you get your kicks. I don't care about your little piss fest. Piss away. Although, I'm not sure why you have such a deep fascination with me. It's a bit creepy. There's a solid general consensus about you here. You just go ahead and do whatever turns you on. It would take a microscope the size of the Hubble Telescope to find anything resembling how much I care about you. But it obviously makes you feel very important. Have at it!
After watching Nancy Grace last night (yea, I watch her..her overt bias is refreshingly honest..lol), I must say Jodi is not that good of a liar. The ninja story she gave Flores was patchy and the only truthful parts seemed to be what actually happened, i.e., "Travis was screaming...I had my hand on his back, he was crawling."
That's a very sharp contrast to the incredibly detailed story, coupled with her poised demeanor, she told 48 Hours. I don't know when she had that interview, but she must have had time to craft her story.
That makes me realize she really is a bad liar. That and of course, the fact that no one believed it. Lol
Don't know if this counts, but we had to do our VIS in a letter b/c the court determined it would be to bad against the defendant in a video or person.
I had to write a letter, then it had to be approved by the court before it was even read out loud in court.....by the judge. I wasn't even allowed to read it out loud to the court.
What is with all this smite stuff. I've only heard that in a religious context and I see it on every other page here. Is that the new thing? Or am I on a religious forum?
Don't know if you know about or have followed the trials of the murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom

Actually, one of the defendants who was convicted is being retried due to Judge being a pill popping junkie among other things and I seem to remember the family there having to have those approved first.
If ever there was an horrific case it was this one.
Under everybody's username and avatar...there is a triangle and a sheriff star. You can click on the sheriff star and give somebody a positive rep for their comment.....or you can click you do not approve which then gives them a negative rep....or smite.
If you notice under your username....you have something that says Rep Power. The triangle and sheriff star are under that. Your rep power will show up when you reach 50 posts.
I think that interview by Arias (see didn't call her stabby so all the twats can't get their panties in a wad, your welcome :) was awesome, she couldn't have made it any clearer that she has no remorse whatsoever for killing Travis....I'm just hoping like crazy that Juan can get it to the jury some how, maybe he doesn't need it though. This jury is hella smart.
