I don't want nothing to do with the "network I will not name". They asked me last time and I declined. Being my luck I would say something too intelligent for them and they would try to make me a regular!

I agree......he was never mean spirited. Ever. And I challenged the hell out of him, at times. From Coconut, I learned that I could totally disagree with someone's perspective, without disliking the person.

Not saying he is not intelligent, but he obviously has a way with some women and had the art of rabble rousing down cold. He is the only poster here that would get adulation comments.

He took off when premium members began putting up their real photos on the appropriate thread.
Is that the 'members only' picture thread? I tried to find it when it was happening but couldn't view it cos I'm not premium.

Are you saying he took off because he saw the pictures? He wasn't premium so he wouldn't have been able to see them either. I'm confused...

The Casanova theory is intriguing, however!

I must have been reading his posts all wrong then.. looking back at them, they seem pretty mean spirited, petty and bitter. But that's just me...

Unfortunately, that's not correct for Arizona

Yep. Here is a definition of possible sentencing for M1 in Arizona:

With regard to First-Degree Murder, there are only three possible penalties: the minimum sentence is life imprisonment with no possibility of parole until twenty-five (25) years of ?day-for-day? prison time has been served; ?natural life?, which involves life in prison without the possibility of parole; and the maximum is ?Capital Punishment? (i.e., the Death Penalty).

Are we serious about the pm relationships? And taking off once he saw their faces?

    That is fucked up.

Is there anyone else we could talk about being gone that aren't here anymore? The coconut topic is getting kind of old

Or maybe we could just talk about Jodi Arias trial - and if there's nothing to talk about, maybe go to another thread that is more active because there is stuff going on?

Paraphrasing, 'If the defendant is convicted of first degree murder, the trier of fact (the jury) at the sentencing proceeding shall determine whether to impose a sentence of death. If the trier of fact determines the death penalty is not appropriate and the defendant was at least 18 years of age at the time of the offense, the court shall impose a sentence of natural life (LWOP.) If the defendant was under 18 years of age at the time of the offense the court shall determine whether to impose a sentence of life (with possibility of parole after 25 years) or natural life.'

The only time parole is possible in M1 is if the convicted person was under 18 when the crime was committed.
Good job! Thanks for the clarification. I didn't realize the second part only applied if under 18 years of age. Weird too because many Arizona attorneys on the radio, news?etc all say that it is possible (albeit unlikely) for her to get 25 years and then the chance at parole. Weird that they wouldn't know the stipulation you listed...

Is there another trial where the VIS were only allowed over video? Or not allowed at all?

You and Katie would make great co-anchors. Just don't get too close or her makeup will get all over you. Make sure you are very tan/orange. No offense to KW, I just don't care for the overdone makeup.
