The entire trial was based upon the manipulations of Jodi Arias. Isn't it ironic that the court system has now fallen victim to her?
I wish the hearings were televised.![]()

I hope she reacts the way this judge did and demands that the convicted killer show up in court and FACE her victims and listen to what they have to say. No hair curtains, no doodling. She does seem to be terrified of actually having to face them. Much more cowardly without her knife and gun in hand.

The nutty Emperor appeared to be wearing no clothes but some here didn't see it.
Maybe he is on vacation with Biggie? He/she seems to have gone too.
Surprised me... especially as most of these people seem otherwise sane and creidible.![]()
Biggie was banned, no? I thought I had read that somewhere. Coincidence?
Seriously, Sneakers? He was trashed? I haven't seem one example of that and I don't feel remotely boo hoo hoo for him either.
I found one picture he posted funny. Otherwise, I found his arguments ranged from mundane to inane. The contradictions in his statements made no sense at all to me. Fair enough - there is room for all opinions here, unlike on pro Arias sites where dissenters would not be allowed a voice.
I fully understand the temptation to put him on ignore.
I thought girl too but I it is very hard to tell.
Given his arguments, I think people here were very tolerant of him. Very.
Some people seemed to love him. Some of those people seem very nice to me. We all like different people. Like you, I just didn't get it, I guess. The Emporor's clothes best sums up my view. Having said this, I didn't dislike the person just his tedious arguments and refusal to respond to sound points of evidence. 'If' he was a troll, the pics thing was a good strategy as it softens some ridiculous views. I never placed him on ignore. I never once smited him. Others did... I fully see why. He is free to come back and discuss the trial. I will continue to challenge some of his whacky views. In fairness to some of those that like CocoNut, they also regularly challenged his views and I respect them for that. We can have fun and disagree but I also fully see why some people just got fed up with the drivel. I have only posted this as it is quiet and I wanted to test my multi-quote feature.

Travis' brother, sister, Juan & Flores are all in court. Also employees of the sheriff's department.
Hearing in process.
Arias, mitigation specialist Maria De La Rossa, Samantha/Steven Alexander, Martinez, Flores seen by Beth Karas. Courtroom locked.
"Coconut is the dude who always has to raise his hand in class to try and argue something that 99% of the classroom has already considered. Again, I'm not impressed, especially if he was sincerely attempting to provoke thoughts. I side-eyed everything he posted. I'm no Queen around here, far from it actually, but thought-provoking is thought-provoking and a shitty attempt at being funny while stating the obvious isn't anything more than what it is." McMama
Sorry, McMama my multi-quote missed a point. I like your succinct style. The bolded part, is perfectly expressed. That is one of the things that I found so frustrating - like he was presenting some kind of genius alternative argument. Alternative arguments seem welcome on MDS, providing they are not infantile.
Maybe CocoNut comments should be placed on his thread?
To get back to the trial again.... I just watched Day 25 again... Juan Martinez.

His catching her out on the finger damaged at the murder is particularly enjoyable now that she has been convicted. Roll on tomorrow.

I recently read the Psychology Today article stating that Arias can't be put neatly into a psychiatric box and that her actions are those of a "spoiled brat". I believe the writer was on Dr Drew last night (I don't get HLN in my country, so I don't know.) Anyway, it's got me thinking as to Dr DeMarte's diagnosis. Why is it that of all of the psychological testing that Arias took, that the one taken on behalf of the State was the only one that stood to validation? Wouldn't it have been more in Arias' interest to fuck around on these exams than any other? Does this speak to the utter fuckery of the DT experts (spinning the results to be whatever they "needed" to be?).
To my layman's eye, the BPD diagnosis fits, and I think that DeMarte was correct. But the article did get me thinking...
