The 2 things I found strange about her Fox News interview is the part where he asks her about her time with Ryan Burns she says she felt safe but she also felt she had to keep up the PRETENSE. (Strange choice of words especially while continuing to deny premeditation). The second thing that was way beyond wrong was when she was asks if she avoided eye contact with Travis's family and she said that she did because they all look like Travis and she did not want to be reminded of her abuser. Oh how I hope they give her the DP!!!
I'm sorry, I found it. Thank you :o)

^ All of that, all day long!
It could be that but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they are trying to get the victim statements done by video tape. Any "evidence" would already be photo's video, etc. In the court record the victim impact statements are considered evidence.
She doesn't want then standing at the podium and speaking directly to her.
She's a murderous coward, a liar and every other expletive I can think of at moment![]()
My bite is worse than my bark!
There is plenty of TA family in Arizona right now. Only way a video would be ok is if they are in another state or country. That would be a prosectution/State motion anyway. The request will be denied if it is as you say it is that the family appear via videotape. I do think though that you are misinterpreting it in my opinion.![]()
watching the FOX video, what in the HELL is wrong with the camera or the cameraman? jeez, I got vertigo watching this shit. between her speaking and the zoom in and out, I've got a headache THIS big...
The most difficult part of this process for Arias the murderer will be to sit down and face the victim impact statements having to keep her fucking piehole shut.
She always wants the last word. She will make a statement.
Doing that video tape proves that Jodi is stupid, regardless of what her IQ score is.

My FB Message to Tanisha:
Hey Tanisha,
I know you are probably bombarded with "everyone" sending you messages. And I am not sure you'll ever get to them all. But I am sending this to make me feel better. (So it is a "me" thing)
First, please hug your family for me, I, like millions of others, LOVE YOU GUYS!!
You have been through a mess of a time over these past years. You all held strong, when we would have expected you to buckle. I can never (& hope never to) be able to put myself in your shoes, but God forbid, if I had to, I'd pray to be just like y'all, & have your strength. Travis was a very lucky man to have you all as his family, just as much as you loved him, he knew it... he stills knows it now.
You guys have the world behind you, we were all cheering for you. We were all praying for you too.
I cried today, right with you. The jury made the righteous decision (thank God).
She will never apologize nor feel remorse, & it doesn't matter. Please know that the non-crazies are behind you. We all get how special of a person Travis was. Not for a minute did I think anything less. I will aspire to be half the human he was.
He will forever be in my heart, & I hadn't the pleasure to ever meet him. But when I go to the pearly gates, he will be for sure, on my list of must seek out.
Stay strong !!
With Love,
Kimberly

"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
QUESTION.....I know this phase of the trial is supposed to be "short".....opening statements, probably Dr Horn and any other witness the State may call. Then the defense gets a turn? Does the State get to rebut any defense witness that is called?
Wow, the Fox post interview.... no remorse and no apology to the family... That was one question that the jurors never asked Jodi, "Are you sorry that you killed Travis?"... She was just ashamed..... Geeezzzzz.... I tried posting this yesterday but it wouldn't take. She will never apologize or take responsibility. She will go down till the end in denial and that she was correct in slaughtering poor Travis. Jodi, keep praying for the Jury to do the right thing.
I really hope that she is served with life in prison, only because she claims she wants the death penalty because she feels life in prison would be more torture. Unless she is trying to say that in order to avoid the DP, who knows.
In addition to the great news of her being convicted of 1st degree murder, I won a contest that Shanna Hogan (the author of the upcoming Arias book, "Picture Perfect") had on FB. The contest was to guess the time and date of when the verdict would be reached. I guessed 1:30 AZ time on Wednesday and was a half an hour early when they announced when the verdict was going to be read. But due to Jodi showing up late bc of her "illness" she actually did me a solid and I won! I already pre-ordered the book, but was going to give my other copy to a friend. So thanks Jodi! hahaha.
