I know this is being too hopeful but I keep hoping one of the following

1) The person who Jodi returned the gas can to comes out and says they remember her, and she did in fact return it

2) In light of the verdict, the real person who stole the gun admits to stealing the gun, to knock out premed and get this overturned

3) If the intruder story is really true, then someone who knows about it grows a conscience decides to actually speak up and prove that it was never Jodi. (Who knows, maybe if the State of AZ or at least a judge there, wants the real culprits behind bars, they will grant the person who knows about it immunity, making it easier for them to confess)

Though Im not sure how... they do seem to be for real lol.
Just a couple problems with that post....
1) The computer system has no record of the return.. It would have to be in the system for her to get money back. Human error, forgetting to circle the return on the receipt, I could see, but you can not get a refund with out entering it into the computer. Cash or refund to debit/credit can not happen until you scan the code.
2) The real person who stole the gun was just found guilty of premed murder, though I agree, it would be nice if she would jsut admit to taking it. :D
3) The intruder story isnt real, no way in hell JA would take the rap for the killing if she didn't do it. (The real culprit is already behind bars and did confess)

Fox 10 got an interview. They've been playing it piecemeal. The links are a few pages back. The planned Greta Van Susteren(?) interview was killed by Sheriff Joe. It never happened.

No lie. She was convicted of First Degree Premeditated Felony Murder and then within 15 minutes made a beeline for the tv camera and said that "Prosecutor Juan Martinez's accusation she's seeking fame is absurd"

Well! Revisit how Martinez put that to the Jury. He advanced his argument that, under the law, the 'felony' was Arias remaining unlawfully in the residence after her first stab to Travis's chest. He then bracketed their choices with the option of the 'stolen gun' theory. He didn't ask them to believe Travis owned a gun , but if that's what they wanted to believe, then go for it. Anyway they wanted to view it, Arias perpetrated a felony during the killing of Travis Alexnder. Whichever they chose, they both met the test.

THAT, for me, was his most brilliant moment! When everyone, even some doubters and critics, got to see just how good he really is. His closing brought everything together in a neat package for the jury.

They're saying that Juan said, the felony was the stealing of Travis' gun! Not true! He explained, in closing, that this is how you could get to felony murder, IF you happened to believe Jodi's version of events! He was very clear, that the felony he was putting forward in this case, was that the moment Jodi began stabbing Travis, she unlawfully remained in his residence! Get it right Fox!

Very true, Poppy! She unlawfully remained in his residence while committing a felony. It amazes me how many of these reporters don't do their homework.

All the jurors voted that it was premeditated murder. Does that mean that the people (seven of them!) who agreed it was also felony murder believe some part of Jodi's story? Or do they just think that, as you said, Jodi remained on Travis's property without his permission after she stabbed him?

My guess would be that they used the regular definition of felony murder, with Jodi being on Travis' property illegally while committing a felony. I doubt anyone bought the Jodi stole his gun story, but we won't really know for sure until we see interviews with them later.

I would like to see a book from Juan someday, something like the Helter Skelter by bugliosi. I would read that, although I think Juan's closing was as close as one can get to what actually happened.

I agree. I have read most of the books on the Manson case, and Helter Skelter was excellent. Bugliosi included all kinds of details only a prosecutor would know. I would love it if Juan did the same.

Another option on the table for a narcissistic bitch like her should be natural life in solitary confinement. That would be as bad as the DP to someone like this skank. I think she should be put to death but the most harsh part of that punishment for her will be the 15ish years that she has to sit by herself thinking about what she did all alone.
