She has been caught staring his family down during the trial. Tanisha had said in all of the pretrial stuff she would look over at them and smirk.
The continual trashing of Travis though. Doesn't she get that the jury didn't BELIEVE her. They saw through all of her lies that is why she got Murder 1.
I wasn't going to watch this garbage, but I did. I wish I didn't because now I'm pissed off all over again. She is STILL trashing him. The only good thing is that I hope Juan uses it to show that she has no remorse whatsoever.
They seem to add a little bit more to the end as they go on.
I read the idea of sending JA's Grandma a dozen irises (and expanded) the night before she's to be executed, so JA can see how that must have felt! But she probably wouldn't feel a fucking thing and the only one to suffer would be the innocent Grandma.

I see what you're saying, but I respectfully disagree. When I heard the jury instructions describing what constitutes self-defense, my immediate thought was that attorneys must have constructed or helped to construct Jodi's story because every aspect of the legal definition of self-defense was met within her story. I didn't think a defendant would be capable of meeting this criteria, especially when most of her claims were obviously made up to fit the evidence. In other words, I saw legal experts' fingerprints all over Jodi's claims, coupled with LaViolette-type psychology, which only the attorneys could have summoned for Jodi. (This in no way is a defense for Jodi, just my opinion about the participation of her attorneys.)

If she truly wants the DP then she should tell the jury exactly what happened on the day Travis was murdered.

Our system worked today and that gives me hope and faith. I am grateful that defense attorneys are willing to take on clients and represent them because I want to be certain that only the guilty are punished.

A friend was saying to me that she was surprised that Jodi didn?t just try to trap Travis the old fashioned way. THEN she said she thinks that Jodi may have Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, and perhaps may not even have a uterus. She said AIS would explain the oddness of Jodi?s genitalia, even why she might actually prefer anal sex to vaginal sex. Rather than me explaining it, I recommend googling, and click the Genetics Home Reference link to get a better understanding of it.
But the short of it, the pertinent as to sentencing part of it might be that, if she DOES have AIS, she?s actually genetically male.
Can they put her in a women?s prison if she is genetically male? Can they put her in a men?s prison if she is physically female?

Watched the fox interviews (how the hell was that allowed?!) I too was never really comfy with the idea of the death penalty but this sadistic piece of work is trying to use reverse psychology to somehow talk herself out of that. In this case I am ready to see her be handed this sentence. Sadly however,i do not think we will have the satisfaction of watching her break down, she's talked herself into believing this is what she wants.
What sealed it for me was her opinion about Travis's family all looking like him and looking like the man that abused her. What the HELL?!
Not one bit of remorse, nothing...i just want to slap her stupid gormless face!
