    aha!!!
Apparently Twitter's Terms and Conditions prohibit convicted murderers from having an account.

and they shut it down permanently

She gets off on this shit. She's probably in her paper night gown giving t herself with both hands right now.
She was saying that to Travis to keep him around and it served her purpose! She has no clue she's in the big leagues now and her petty shit ain't working.

I am going to throw this out and let any criticism fall because I have strong opinions about this case. Many have really gone after Wimott and Nurmi for defending her and I, myself, am disgusted with their tactics. However, an attorney is a "mouthpiece" for the client and, especially in a DP case, the job is to save the client's life. I am a believer that the defense strategy was set up by JA herself and this is what the DT had to work with. JA ran this show and I implore you to really consider what it would be like to defend her. The woman is awful and I am certain that the DT is freaking out at her behavior with this interview and the Twitter account. As much as I despised what was said about Travis and how disgusted I was, I tried to keep in mind that her DT was doing JA's bidding. The behavior of Palin and JA was really sick to watch, but I don't think the relationship is all that deep. JA will listen to no one and I think the DT realized that from day one.

Just one more thing before I close. Our justice system is far from perfect and many innocent people have been convicted and many guilty have gone free. Our system worked today and that gives me hope and faith. I am grateful that defense attorneys are willing to take on clients and represent them because I want to be certain that only the guilty are punished.

If Jodi really wants the death penalty, she can get up during mitigation and say so herself. And tell her friends and family that she does not want them to testify for her during mitigation. Then the job of the jury is simplified.

    Problem solved.

The piece Greta did on Fox was refreshing after all the dribble on HLN. Catch it if you can. They said Jodi will be in stripes tomorrow and is on suicide watch tonight. Troy Hayden from Fox Phoenix made the deal with Jodi months ago for the interview. He doesn't know if her lawyers knew it was happening.

I'd agree with you but attorneys are supposed to have ethics and aren't supposed to suborn perjury. Putting her on the stand was subornation of perjury.

The way I see her post verdict interview is JA not relinquishing any power to TA's family. She's a cold one and is empty inside. Hopefully they can see through her manipulating tactics and can ignore her attempts to keep control of each and every situation she is a part of.

They had no choice but to put her on the stand because she was the only witness. In other words, if all that evidence was out there with not even HER to give a doubt, that verdict would have come back in enough time for the jurors to take a potty break and sign the papers.

Thanks, Faq, I'm waiting for Ian's comments, too! Don't understand the crap...didn't today's verdict relieve the tension we were starting to feel? Ahhhhhh...the jury got it right. Wait until they see all the "too prejudicial" stuff that wasn't allowed in.

Very eloquently stated. Many valid points especially about innocent people being convicted.

The judge would have to approve it ahead of time... at least I HOPE she was aware of it.

That was humor, not a serious thought. I think it would be gone without Donovan though anyway. Twitter didn't want the servers down with the high volume of reports hitting them. hahaha

I hope that tonight the Alexander family and his friends have a peaceful sleep.

No more wondering if the jury will see her for what she is, a vile heinous lying murderess.

I hope that she has an uneasy night , gets awoken every 5 minutes due the suicide watch she's under and is miserable all night long!

Night kids! Play safe, don't catch anything you can't throw back! See you manana!

They could have argued a "heat of passion" defense to start with.

Yeah, they could have, but would you agree that Jodi was probably calling the shots?

Also, why was Grandma in a wheel chair? They just showed her walking around all over the place.

I don't know about Granny, but JA wanted to testify! Given everything we know about her, she was probably pissed she only got 18 days.

Jodi would never have agreed to Murder 2 heat of passion defense because that would not make her look like the victim. She would have never had a defense that required her to take some responsibility for her actions. The wheel chair stunt makes me think her mom was hoping to make people feel sorry for their family. She could have just used a cane.

I used to feel that the DP was the easy way out, since its a needle and they go to sleep. But now that I know what goes into LWOP (lots of amentities and a social life) and death row (12-15 years of no social life, barely seeing the light of day), I am definitely death penalty all the way for her.

I have predicted LWOP for her ever since the defense case started. Now I'm not sure and leaning toward DP. Looking forward to seeing how this next phase plays out.
^^ This ^^ I felt she would get LWOP... but am now thinking they're gonna DO IT, & sentence her to Death, I think they have big balls.
It's no wonder the 2 jurors came back to the courthouse to be present for the remainder of the trial, our first juror (5) didn't come back (return again), imo, because the media was just too much, & it was all over the news she was there (& in some excerpts of media, didn't show positive she was there). BUT if I had served on that jury, w/ so much time, effort & heart vested, I probably would have wanted to do the same & be there, too. They felt it (imo), that she was guilty & came in support of their fellow jurymen & most likely for the Alexanders. I won't doubt, at least juror 5 & 8, will be back, to see it through. And Kudo's to them for serving.
