I feel strongly that it is going to be Murder 1. I have felt this for some time. I think if people were fighting for a lesser charge, it would have taken even longer as I really feel the majority would be for M1 and would take a lot of convincing to potentially settle for lesser charge. I think they spent time finally getting to discuss the case, vent about it, laugh over some of the craziness and then to go through all the evidence. Juries don?t always take a vote upfront. Often they go through the evidence first. I?m guessing that instead of taking a vote, they first went through all the evidence that supports first degree murder (since that is where they were supposed to start). I am guessing that after they felt they had gone through all the evidence supporting that claim, and dispelled the lies against it, THEN they took their vote.
This is my belief and my hope! She deserves Murder 1 and so does Travis and his family. Please Lord, let it be so.
