Since OJ, and especially CA, well, we should expect anything, and in this case I have been sick thinking they'll "compromise" on M2.
BUT, I'm now thinking that at least, at LEAST 4 of the jurors went into deliberations strongly if not completely in the M1 camp, totally convinced of premeditation. I highly doubt that all of those totally convinced of premeditation and/or felony murder going in could have their beliefs turned around in 15 hours of deliberation. I'm cautiously optimistic that it will be M1!

I will flash my boobs out of the loft window (the pigeons will be THRILLED) and sing "Happy Days Are Here Again" at the top of my lungs if they read "GUILTY, Murder 1st degree"
If not guilty, I will cry in my beer. No boobs, no song.

"Victim" means a person against whom the criminal offense has been committed, or if
the person is killed or incapacitated, the person's spouse, parent, child, grandparent or
sibling, any other person related to the person
by consanguinity or affinity to the second
degree or any other lawful representative of the person, except if the spouse, parent,

    accused.
Exactly what happens in the Aggravation phase? Is it argument or are there witnesses?
If jury finds Cruelty proven beyond a reasonable doubt, there is a Mitigation phase next right?
During mitigation witnesses testify on behalf of Stabby. Are they questioned by Defense and cross examined by Prosecution?
Once jury hears mitigation, they deliberate which factors outweigh the other (aggravating vs. mitigating) in order to reach a decision on LWOP or Death. Is it after they announce the sentence that victim impact statements are given?

I think I have the phases in the correct order, but the details are unclear to me at this point. Does anybody have this information to answer my questions? Thank you in advance.

I knew what you were saying. I was just saying not to worry. I really think it will be murder 1.
