Good morning all... I can't remember if they played the 911 call for the jury. Also what happened to Bobby Juarez? Did he die? I finally was able to sign in and post for the first time, now that it's almost over. You guys are awesome and I just wanted to let you know before they close this thread. So many times I was screaming at the TV but couldn't vent. I've been following since Jodi took the stand and caught up watching videos and reading your posts. I actually drug my husband into the case! It's so sad how Travis's murder has consumed so much of our lives. What to do when this is over... I pray for 1st degree and hope Travis's family can finally get justice served!

I'm sure it's been discussed, but...where was Matt McCartney during the murder? I can't imagine Jodi would take a bullet for anyone (including herself), but why is he conspicuously missing from the testimony and any mention of participation in the murder?

It is really sad, they could use air time to be so much more!

HLN is not concerned with accuracy (or doing their homework)... the other day they were repeatedly claiming JA was willing to plea to M1- LWOP before trial.

Shame no network challenges them and develops a quality program. I think serious interest is there w our social / instant news digital world and it would be easy to grab a larger better audience imo.

Matt McCartney is toxic for both the defense & prosecution in different ways, in terms of testifying in person.

He wasn't completely absent in testimony. He was thrown in there during Jodi's EXCRUCIATING life story on the stand and Martinez referenced him during the coded messages in the magazines stuff.

The ONLY thing I can say good about him was when he said last night he, "doesn't believe a word that comes out of Jodi's mouth" and then asked why they even bothered to swear her in for testimony! Gave me a good chuckle I needed!

Nah, Nurmi and Wilmont want to prepare for a worst case scenario. I read somewhere, probably on WS, that Martinez will start the next phase immediately if he gets the M1 conviction. N&M dont want to be bumbling around (like in the past) to have questions.
