Disclosure .. hell, I start out skeptical, cynical, with no faith in juries.
"long case" aka time doesn't equal the obvious facts glaring at them imo.
Wendi's case was 'a long case'. They were back in 2.5 hrs.

Wendy ordered the poison that was found in a pot of stew on the stove and in her husband, he was already dying before she screwed around and impatiently tried to get him to die sooner and she left the knife stuck in his neck. No wounds on her to back up self defense. Different case, different jury. This jury now is not asking question, not asking to have anything read back to them. That tells me they are systematically going through all the evidence and will reach the correct conclusion.

I can't really imagine how much different this case looks to them than to those of us who have obsessively followed this case for years.

Admit it......we ALL want to be flies on that wall, and it's killing us that we can't be! For weeks, we've been allowed to view the proceedings.....now, we are locked out in the cold, with our noses stuck to the windows, trying to see in. This SUCKS.

I am so sorry, Deanna. I am so glad mine went w a heart attack after a morning run. It was worst for me, easier for him. I cant believe how many people have died in my life and I am not that old. Just hard to loose those we love.

Wendy Andriano case began August 23, 2004 and she was convicted on Nov. 18, 2004 she was sentenced a month later. Not nearly as long a case as this one

It says consider the evidence impartially with your fellow jurors... I would take the implication that meant ALL evidence not to just pick and choose what to look at. Consider it all if you don't believe it throw it out and move to the next piece

I have to laugh at myself because I have at times said, I want to look at one crime w only what lands in court, what the jury hears. Ya sure, that never happens. Soon as I hear 'doggie door' or slashed tire type of things that will never make it in court, I'm right on it, still listening, watching.

That's just me, I am OCD so I would look at all of it... give everyone a chance to discuss it... then move to the next piece. They haven't been able to discuss any of this for 4 months. It's disgusting, is gory, and it's premeditated. They will get that all covered so that at the end of the day they can justify to themselves why they are putting someone to death. And I know they aren't deciding death right now. But Murder 1 premeditated has the pressure of then giving the death penalty. It isn't something anyone would take lightly no matter how awful the defendant. As evidence by Charles Manson getting his death penalty commuted to life.

I disagree. Again it is not instructing them ALL anywhere. Just be open to discussions. Keep reading, they are free to disregard anything they want.

Yeah, think if we had kept the admonition to just watch the live trial. How would we view it? I can't say for sure but I bet we would have another perspective on Jodi and Travis for that matter. We are saddled with what we have seen so its impossible to see what the jury sees. I do like the questions they came up with during the whole preceding. Shows they were listening.

I know I am jumping on the wagon here, but Deanna exudes class!
I was particularly impressed at how she didn't try to make Travis into a saint. She said he did have issues and he did like the attention that Stabby gave to him. I am more impressed with her because she tells the real story, not the story the public wants to hear.

Oh, and the description of Stabby as a stepford wife is perfect!
Creepy movie trivia: Sharon Tate starred in the original Stepford Wives movie and, soon after, she was murdered by the Manson gang.

Yes! Can you believe that, geesh. Perfect example of why I rarely watch them, but I did want to see Deanna, I find her very admirable and credible and out of all the 'I was his best friend' banners, she really did know him and was close to him.

AZ prison system contracts out with different prison systems. I've wondered if they will let her go to CA near family to serve time.

My husband died by suicide. I did not see it coming.....no one did. It was a long time ago, but the image of his body (I found him) remains so sharp in my mind and my heart. It took me years of therapy to be able to deal with the flashbacks and nightmares, and to be able to even look at photos of him without falling to pieces. My kids were young, and and I was SO in love with him....if not for the children needing me, I don't think I would have been able to live onward. I felt like a fish out of water, desperate for oxygen....and it took years to learn how to do life without him. I still don't know how I do it, some days. But that is why I feel SO put off when Jodi talks about suicidal feelings.....she has NO fucking clue.

That pain is unimaginable. There's a different kind of pain with a suicide, and to find him, and having his kids...WOW...you are an amazing person to have gone through all of that, and be where you are right now.

3 months, only a month difference .. easy to account for .. Her atty didn't talk at the speed of a slug!

I can't quote as I am mobile-ing, but jury instructions are taken different ways. This is one reason that it is the #1 cause for overturning convictions.

She was so thoughtful and reflective in her answers and seems honest to her core. A very appealing person.
She seemed to understand t ha t Travis' s childhood left him with an inability to commit. So sad that his path had to cross with JA.
