Shit, they've seen them played repeatedly. Had journal entries shoved down their their throats over and over.
The base is, she is a pathological liar, lied to them. So the biggest question is, how the F can they make that complicated?

It's a death penalty case... even tho they aren't considering that at the moment it still weighs heavy.. They may already know how they want to vote but are still going over the evidence. Especially from the first of the trial. 13 hours isn't a long time for 4 months of trial. I don't compare to other trials where jury returned a quick verdict either way. All that tells me is that they didn't take their job seriously. This jury from day one has paid attention, asked a lot of questions and even noticed interactions and facial expressions that a lot of jurors wouldn't have. Let them do their job. The judge told them to consider ALL the evidence BEFORE deciding on a verdict. I feel sure they took her very seriously.

I don't know. I don't think they went into it more, I'm not sure though cause I was also reading the thread. But Stabby was also on Travis's laptop, and she offered Deanna cookies in like a stepford wife fashion, as Deanna described it.

I am so sorry, Deanna. I am so glad mine went w a heart attack after a morning run. It was worst for me, easier for him. I cant believe how many people have died in my life and I am not that old. Just hard to loose those we love.

My husband died by suicide. I did not see it coming.....no one did. It was a long time ago, but the image of his body (I found him) remains so sharp in my mind and my heart. It took me years of therapy to be able to deal with the flashbacks and nightmares, and to be able to even look at photos of him without falling to pieces. My kids were young, and and I was SO in love with him....if not for the children needing me, I don't think I would have been able to live onward. I felt like a fish out of water, desperate for oxygen....and it took years to learn how to do life without him. I still don't know how I do it, some days. But that is why I feel SO put off when Jodi talks about suicidal feelings.....she has NO fucking clue.

A judge can't tell them what to consider in deliberations past the written instruction of ONLY (not "all") evidence and testimony, not speculate.
ALL was never said. They 'consider' as they hear it, they don't need to rehash it ALL in their minds because of that. i.e. I don't believe Samuals, therefore they wouldnt need to reconsider him and so on. Asking questions AZ does in large part because they found it shortens deliberations not lengthens them. Hundreds of questions they had answered when they entered deliberations from the first minute.

I feel the same as you. They've only had two full days of deliberating. I think we'll know something by the end of the week, but this was a long case with a lot of evidence and testimony. I certainly would not get upset over anything yet.

You "lorizfree" are a very special person, to be able to be a caregiver:) I was the hospice caregiver for my Grandmother as she was dying of ovarian cancer, it was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I still have nightmares 9 years after she passed away, most likely because she and I were extremely close my entire life. I had such horrible guilt from not being able to save her, and watching her waste away 24/7 took an enormous toll on my psyche.......... but I would do it all over again for a loved one if their wishes were to remain in their own home and not have to be cared for by strangers. You have my utmost respect and admiration for what you do to benefit others! I have seen several dead bodies and every time feels surreal, your mind has a way of playing tricks on you, for instance........ you think you see the person breathing or moving ever so slightly...............

I think it's much more amazing to go through all of that with someone you love. I know how hard it had to have been for you. I love every one of the people I've cared for, and have always felt honored to be with the families during the final process. That's one of the most important times in someone's life, and I always feel grateful that the families would allow me to be a part of it. I really commend you for being there with your Grandma. It's one of the hardest things you'll ever do, and something you'll never regret. Pay attention to your dreams. Not the nightmares, but the others. You probably know what I mean.

I know I am jumping on the wagon here, but Deanna exudes class!
I was particularly impressed at how she didn't try to make Travis into a saint. She said he did have issues and he did like the attention that Stabby gave to him. I am more impressed with her because she tells the real story, not the story the public wants to hear.

Oh, and the description of Stabby as a stepford wife is perfect!

I wish I could see this case through the jury's eyes - meaning, only know and see the things they saw in court, nothing else.

I can't really imagine how much different this case looks to them than to those of us who have obsessively followed this case for years.

Yes, this! I still have pages and pages to read to catch up on this thread, and I haven't seen Dr. Drew's show yet, but I just read this and wanted to say that I agree with you... The HLN shows insist on rushing through the interesting guests and interviews only to make room for uninteresting or repetitive guests, or, even worse, viewer calls. Just one of many complaints I have about that network.

Disclosure .. hell, I start out skeptical, cynical, with no faith in juries.
"long case" aka time doesn't equal the obvious facts glaring at them imo.
Wendi's case was 'a long case'. They were back in 2.5 hrs.
