TA's had nine stab wounds in his back, a huge slash to his throat, wounds to his legs and feet, numerous wounds to his chest and torso, a shot to the head and stab wounds to his head. After you are dead and heart is longer bleeding your wounds will still leak blood, etc. Don't forget he sat there for 5 days before he was found so decomp was happening . That shower pic says to me that she did not shower in there either with or without TA's body.

So there was no blood for the gunshot wound to bleed, but there was blood for the other earlier wounds to bleed? All of this after he completely bled out on the carpet after the throat slash? There should have been no blood left in his circulatory system after that. Plus there were a few minutes after the stab wounds, before he was placed in the shower, for those wounds to start clotting. How can stab wounds a few minutes old in a man who has no blood, still bleed?

Or is it just another typo?

I wonder how so much blood ended up in the bottom of that shower? According to The Prosecutor, Travis was shot "in the face" (listen to his closing argument, not in the head but in the face), AFTER he was dead. All of his blood was on the carpet and his heart was not beating. Then Jodi dragged him in the shower. And that shower shows quite a bit of congealed blood in the bottom in those photos! There should be almost no blood because all of the wounds happened outside the shower, including him bleeding out all of his blood with the throat slash. He lost so much blood his heart stopped pumping and his gunshot wound did not bleed. So how did he bleed so much after that in shower?

Secondary question for The Prosecutor - Travis was shot in the face? In closing arguments, Martinez said he was shot in the face. Not in the brain. Not in the head. But in the face... reopens the whole argument about Horny's typo and Geffner's testimony.

To be quite honest, that is a mix of body fluids from a decomposing body....leaking from the wounds, and any natural openings in the body, itself. The body, when found, was in the process of reducing itself. There is always blood left in the body, and when the organs begin to liquify, everything begins to leak out of the corpse. Gross, but that is how we return to the earth, so to speak.

There are approx. 1-1/2 GALLONS of blood in he human body. That's alot of blood. It makes sense that there would be a good amount of blood that drained from Travis' body once he was shoved into the shower. Even if JA "washed him off", his body would still lose the remainder of blood within.
