* JA being very fishy with the yellow notebook & pencil in courtroom (whether jury saw that or not)
* The whispering & giggling while the jury is leaving or out of the courtroom w/ Jenn
* The fact that Nurmi wanted OFF this case & tried several times to do so
* Atty Victoria Washington (public defender) request to withdraw as council
* How she promised to drag Travis thru the mud when requested a plea deal
* Reason court delayed or dismissed early due to JA's migraines

As time ticks on, I'm getting more nervous as well. I hope that there are enough strong willed people on the jury, that will hold out for MD1. I'd rather see a mistrial than a lesser charge, just to get a verdict. Travis's family/Juan rejected the blackmail from her "plea". It would be really messed up for them to have gone through all of this, and not only does she get MD2 (or less), but Travis's legacy is also tarnished forever.

Maybe they've already decded M1 and are deciding if it's premeditated or felony, or both. That's what I'm hoping. Lol

Judge Perry didn't have a role in Anthony being set free. He was a far better judge than Sherry astephens.

Blame the incompetent prosecutors & dumbfuck jury in the Anthony case, not Belvin Perry.

I dont agree the prosecutors were incompetent.
AGREE filled with idiots and two bullies strong arming the whimps. This is where the most blame sits.
But, I disagree on Perry. He made it nothing but a party for that jury. They had no interest in working. Minus breaks and lunch, they only deliberated about an hour and a half. Never even tried to look at evidence.

Judge Perry was on whatever talk show that Savannah Guthrie is on......he said he was shocked when the jury came back with the not-guilty verdict. He felt there was more than enough evidence to convict her. He had no role in deciding her fate.

I remember when I was on a jury it took time to go over and discuss each charge. We also got to hold all the photos and a baby book. (It was a small child abuse case) we knew the guy was guilty but we all wanted to carefully go over all the evidence as there were a lot of smaller charges in addition to the one big one. I believe it took us 6 hrs. It was only a 3 day trial. I'm hoping they all know she's guilty but there's just a lot of evidence to go through. I'm hoping they just want to have a firm understanding of everything so they can say she's guilty of M1 without a doubt.

Could be. I've always kind of wondered if she wasn't going to try to use the Ninja story to point the cops at the Hughes's. Would she have known they already in Cancun? Found out they were and then was at a loss as to where go with her bullshit story then?
