They just said on HLN that the prosecution turned down a life sentence offer from the defense. I thought the defense offered up murder 2? I don't remember hearing about the life sentence offer. Do y'all?

Really love it when Sky finally figures it out and calls Jodi on the carpet and puts it all in front of her .... all the lies, all the flirting with married men, and the other b.s. And Jodi just smirked. Then Sky kicks her out of her house: pack your stuff and leave ..... and Jodi went into the kitchen and sat down for an hour! This hurt their relationship w/Trav.

Later Travis called Sky very worried about the Anonymous Male Stalker email Jodi received (from herself) -- and Sky laughed out loud. He was totally blind to that. So naive. Like a little boy. (Text of email was so ludicrous).

Travis used same password for multiple accounts. Email from Travis Alexander to Travis Alexander -- Subject: Jodi, you're caught! Body: Get out of my emails.

Chris/Sky went through every single email & Google chat -- only in the email on the 26th was Travis verbally abusive. In that he said to her: You hurt me worse than my father's death.

Chris thinks the big thing that broke it all for Travis was her recording the sex conversation.

I hope we find out eventually what the representative of Wells Fargo/Washing Mutual was going to testify to. If I was going to speculate I'd say probably her financial situation as related to her bank accounts, and the weird deposits/transfers she did on June 2/3.

*I sincerely doubt that Stabby ever loaned TA any money, ever. She had no money to lend him. I don't think she made any money at PPL, or if she did it certainly wasn't very much.

* Don't forget about the BMW she wrecked as well. If he thought/knew she hacked his bank accounts that certainly incur some wrath.

WAT is there for the commitment from what I have gathered from his tweets. The staff would be there because they have court ongoing for other cases. She had them every morning during trial too and that is why it was late start everyday. Today her calendar shows there is also a settlement conference scheduled for Arias case at 10:00

I have always believed that one of the throw pillows was used to muffle the shot too. Around 5:30 people are coming home from work, and regardless of the small caliber, I think Stabby was careful enough not to draw attention with a gunshot. I think she was very prepared and there is probably much we don't know and will never know.

I didn't realize there was a missing pillow but you are right it might have accounted for the tassle they found on the stair.

I was confused why Nurmi brought up certain times that she 'could have' killed him. ie: right when she got there, when he was sleeping in bed....etc. The ROOMATES WERE HOME and they would have heard an attack. She knew their schedules. Just another weird thing to throw in closing, just like the 'other' Walmart.

No. If guilty M1 then aggravation phase and then if aggravators found then mitigation phase. Then sentence of either LWOP or DP.

If guilty of M2 or lesser then 30 to 60 days before sentencing.

I think some of the first questions JM asked Arias were about her self-support. You had your own place, right? You had a job, right? Maybe he was hoping she'd come right out and say Travis cut her off. What was really odd how she managed to leech off Travis a few more days before she finally left Mesa. Wasn't the van already packed up?

Conference is SOP, could be several things. Usually it refers to a meeting for the Judge to say, okay, where we at, set a schedule, hear any motion or argument for future events coming up and so on. No way to know for sure, and probably won't find out until later since this judge seals everything excessively. Her inexperience shows!

Maybe, or just standard update meeting. Just so everyone knows not to panic, there are more motions you should expect that are standard too.

Agree. Why run around worrying about getting a pillow, leaving bloody prints all over. She could have had a hoodie on and / or just shot out of a pocket to avoid stippling too. Cops F'd up not identifying that fiber though. I think they underestimated the liar too much and thought their case was so solid they could be lazier.

Nurmi's 'she could have killed him in the bed' is nonsense. If this jury got any doubts from that line of BS they really are dense.
She couldn't wash off his body, her DNA and the sheets if she killed him in the bed.
