This ^^^ My theory: This is one of the places in that dumb book, 1000 Places to see before you die...I think she is pointing at his head in a gun pose because of that. I would be interested to see when this photo was actually taken. Like the one where she had her hands around his neck. That was also a place from that book... This broad is sick.
