Same here. I was catching up on this morning's closing statements so I missed after lunch and it sounds like I missed a lot of good stuff. I'm back on it now though, so I'll watch the stuff I missed later! Go Juan! I think he is doing awesome.

I have been completely mesmerized with Juan today. He had captured my attention the entire time, I cannot think of any stone unturned, thus far. I have to admit, I did like his interpretation of the blood smear, calling it a rainbow, it was something that will stick in my mind & the jurors as well.
I grew very fond of JM fairly quickly, but today, he has forever earned my complete & utter respect.
He did not just do his job, he did it with heart, he did it with reason, he did it with purpose & he did it with passion. He did Travis proud. And because he cannot thank him, himself, I will... I don't know how yet... but I will, I promise.

That rainbow analogy was heart breaking. I didnt think it was at first, but when he talked about the end of Travis' rainbow, that was powerful!

this is fascinating watching juan - so many ppl were criticizing him for not questioning witnesses on certain lies - it makes sense now - he only ask questions about every thing where he needed more info - he saved all the rest for his closing, so the defense counld't rebut or explain away anything during cross examination - wilmont is looking dumb founded w/ all the facts he is bringing up, showing all the lies that he never asked about to witnesses on the stand

This is what we've hoped for all along, and got.

Juan is usually not quiet, and he is usually very animated. Notice how when he does the opposite (as he is now) the courtroom is absolutely hushed and riveted to what he is saying. You might consider that this is intentional. That he knows exactly what he is doing all along, and that he knows exactly what effect it will have when he quiets way down.

Love this ^^^ I am so touched by Juans emotions in presenting his closing it is literally bringing me to tears w/ a huge lump in my throat.

Travis had a true sense of adventure and love of life; like this picture shows. especially growing up as he did. Kudos to him, and his Grandma Norma. JUSTICE is on its way, here and now hopefully!!!

Yes!!! Totally agree with you and Sneakers. If I were truly that upset I would do my very best to look away, hold my head down, turn to the other side of the room where there is no threat of seeing the pics. I know those things are posted on a big screen but there is a way to avoid looking at them. I think she enjoys every moment of it. Only possible tears she could have is that she got caught and even then I am not sure she knows how to produce actual tears out of emotion.

Sitting next to her are her attorneys. The court officer with his finger on the stun button. Her mom, aunt, brother, and grandmother sit behind her and to the left along with donovan her only friend in the world. We arent feeling any kind of fear. They don't sense evil in the woman in front of them. It's not rage or murderous lust. its blankness, a horrible nothing. A wall has fallen. There is nothing behind it. In this moment we know. Jodi is not Jodi. We never knew her, it is because there is nothing to know.
