Oh, then I took you wrong about the common sense crack? I am sorry if I did. I totally appreciate your contribution to the thread and your time to look stuff up. If in fact you were agreeing about the googling thing, I must have took that a different way. I have almost always agreed with your views in things so I don't want to give off the impression that I haven't. In fact I have said it before. I was just putting out that google is our friend. If you have more time than most of us to look shit up then thanks! I totally appreciate it. And I would totally never take up an old lady's time at least without merit. Peace! Have a good night WT, we have plenty more to worry about like what this jury is going to come up with for a verdict!

PHOENIX - A local Valley police department confirms to ABC15 that a man arrested over the weekend on a DUI charge was also claiming to be a juror in the Jodi Arias trial .

The arrest happened on Saturday and it was at that time the suspect told the officer he was a member of the jury.

On Tuesday, the arresting officer was called into a “sealed proceeding” with the judge, the prosecutor and the defense attorneys, the police spokesperson said.

What was discussed in the secret meeting is confidential.

Two days later, juror #8 was dismissed and the judge gave no reason.

Since the topics discussed during the officer’s testimony are sealed, police said there is no way they can confirm that the man arrested for DUI is indeed juror #8.

On Thursday night, ABC15 attempted to reach the man who was arrested, but was unsuccessful.

    Blame it on Nurmi

I don't have much but in time I am rich! Now if you happen to get time, your invaluable experience at court might find juror8s mugshot for us in those DUI arrest links I left.

Hmmmm, I told the thread that I know him through a friend. Of course I called her. And I looked up his research articles. Google told me he didnt have any published research, but he does. He taught at the national Judicial college for 10 years. So what if one judge didnt find him credible? I can think of many reasons for that single opinion. Alyce is hanging on his coat tails, not the other way around.

Google only tells us what is popular...what gets the most hits. It doesn't tell what is accurate or what is truth.

Common sense dictates an open mind, no?

Yes, but somehow it makes me feel better. He wanted to be there, instead of leaving over pressure, etc. It makes sense. He was there today and submitted questions, then boom, he's gone. I'm grateful he just didn't walk off, even tho I wish he was still there.

I just caught the rerun of Dr. Drew. Katie was on!

I could barely recognize her in the glare from her forehead, but when I saw the pasty white makeup under her eyes and her nacho cheese colored tan, I knew it was her.

Was she ever going for it! Katie says essentially the same thing every time she's on the show but tonight was a double stuffed burrito of Jodi hate with a side order of foundation makeup. Suprestar grabs the mic and works up some fake emotions. Then rambles about how intensely emotional it is in there and how much she hates Jodi. Katie must fantasieze about water boarding Jodi in Guantanamo Bay and forcing her to admit that she is a lying bitch, prying open her eyelids and making her look at pictures of what she's done.

I can see why you might say that. But consider this. In a life or death scrap between a linebacker/wrestler and a yoga waitress, the little waitress needed a massive advantage to come out with only one finger injury but otherwise fine and dandy for business lunch next day. That advantage likely came from careful planning and stacking the deck in her favor for the attack. Jodi did a great job of killing him, so effective in fact that without clever planning, it would not have been possible in my mind.
