I just wasn't sure if she recently made the claim, or had claimed it from the start. I never heard it before. but who cares at this point, right? I am just happy the judge is getting a handle on the trial!! Go Juan and Kevin!

I think maybe it was the ghost of Travis, maybe an alien. Donovan..now that's a very disturbing thought, but definitely possible.

Can someone explain why the trajectory is not possible? I thought it went in his eyebrow and lodged into his cheek bone. So if he was down charging at her in the line backer position, wouldn't that make her fire into the eyebrow, and since she would be standing a bit higher up than he was, it would have a downward kinda angle and if she was off to the side it could have gone diagonally. Couldn't it?
Not that I believe her, I'm just having a hard time understanding why the trajectory is not believable.

Because if he charged her like a line backer, as she states, his head would either have to be at an extremely odd angle to be tackling someone... or her arm would have had to be off to side of his head to shoot him in the eyebrow downward/sideways.

yw, hope my "repeat" flag didn't offend, I hope you know that wasn't my intention. I just wanted to flag those that heard me say it before. Trust me, I completely understand it is hard to catch everything. No one person could. That's what I like about this board, it takes a village lol. I'm old with nothing but time on my hands so I try to gather not not just for myself, I would do that anyway, but I always have in mind younger folks with work and families just don't have the time to keep up with so much. She probably had to leave out the exact details of this invasion of privacy due to prejudice (ironicallly) but we can probably gather it was related to accessing Travis' accounts and possibly even sending things as him to other people (we know she did that with a text message at some point). I think a lot of us though want to know Jodi's side of the conversation that day. We've only been presented with Travis's side which Willmott described as a "tirade" several times. But since its not in context, we don't have the full picture.

I'd love to hear killers words in it too but at least we know enough that every lie she invents for the next 30 yrs doesn't work back to this no matter what her deranged mind works up on the fly. The newest Hitchcock isn't worth attention if you ask me. She has someone feeding her that www garbage. She's going to come out with a retina ninja doll any day if Dononvan can make that happen too. lol

I have a feeling Jodi needs more attention. Ever since JM began his rebuttal case, she's felt left out and wants the focus back on her. Either that or the national enquirer wants to sell more magazines.

Aaw! You're being too literal. The two bits of information (whether they came from Arias or a supporter) on the dual claims of both Arias's former pregnancy and non-promiscuity came out concurrently. Bad timing! The source and the media linked them. I just went with it. Comic relief is sometimes required to detract from contemplating the grim realities and give our souls a rest. In this case the grim horrors, (not to be confused with the homonym, although that same sounding word with a different meaning would probably substitute in this sentence quite well and still make sense), are things we must periodically turn away from for the sake of both ourselves and our fellow beings.

His chin would have been passed his shoulder for that to happen. But if you keep your fingers in place and pretend you are about to tackle something head on, the direction of the bullet is off to the side. With Jodi in that close of contact with him imagine how she would have had to have been twisted and shit to be able to make that happen. It just doesn't add up.

No offense, but I would take it! Would mean I would be able to see trial when I get back! I think the real problem is that Nurmi will draw out his direct with his Psych Dr and leave very little time for Juan to cross and for jury questions. I know the judge said they would go the distance but something tells me that Nurmi will drag it out and Judge Stephens will force Juan to be brief. I could be wrong but isn't that Nurmi's MO?
