Nurmi is such a slime ball for trying to get other evidence in, other than the shelves today.
So the prosecutors rebuttal means to Nurmi "get in what ever shit I can to get my client off, screw the rules of law"
The omitted closet shot is streaming now.
they are now showing the picture of the shelf with the hand on it

OOOOOO... shelf tipped picture is on the live feed.
Hmm... something is wrong with me that I'm that excited about that shit

It's the monitor that I mentioned a couple pages ago. The large screen is really only viewable from the Left side of the courtroom. The jury, witnesses and possible the family side with the reporters are the only ones that can see it. Everyone else has to see the evidence on monitors.
I think Stabby is trying to figure out a way to get her shelf story changed at the last minute. She was whispering up a storm when JM was asking Flores questions.
Nurmi's not allowed to and he knows it, but he's obviously desperate. But, the judge has been disallowing it, after a sidebar each time of course. That's why we saw the Chris Hughes stuff dropped. Legally, he's not supposed to be able address anything that Martinez didn't already ask the witness about today. Martinez obviously did not discuss Chris Hughes or 48 hours, and Nurmi is not allowed to bring up things that Flores MAY have said in the past, even if on record, if that's not the line of questioning that was address on direct by the prosecution.
To that end, I don't know why they are bothering with a recess -- if it's to deal with this bs -- because it should not even be considered allowable by the judge.
Yes, someone would've fallen over it. And I doubt that if someone was in a fight for their life, they would bother to stop and pick the bench back up, much less reposition it perfectly in the closet.
Morever, the bench shoots down the need for Jodi to have ever climbed the shelves in her scenario; she could've just slid the bench over and hopped up on it. But, of course then she would've had to explained why she stopped to drag the bench back to where it was while she was "Running for her life" or after she murdered him.

Did anyone screen shot that?
