I don't get WHY they didn't, being the camera evidence was a HUGE part of the case. Only found out yesterday from the only Jury question that there were 90 or so photos on the camera and that only 'some' were deleted (being JA selectively deleting her pics, which I thought was kina important?) ?

This was brought out in previous testimony, waaaay back in January.

Could be both or just clarifying it. JM brought this up with Samuels as well during his PTSD testimony.JMO, if you are in The FOG how could one selectively delete photo's? As I said earlier to me this the defogging moment of the trial

I know, right? And then she says Jodi got into the house by removing the screen from the office window and climbing in.

In theory, it's possible. There was a crime scene picture where a screen was laying on the ground outside the window. But, does that prove anything? I have to assume police investigated that as a point of entry and then dismissed it. Why? No evidence like fingerprints or fibers on the window sill that would've been left in crawling over/in?

Would she take the chance of crawling through the window -- and probably over furniture, when she had the garage key code, or had been known to crawl through the doggie door? How did she know he wouldn't be in there, in daytime?

I'm open to different theories, but none of that article made sense to me. And it was all presented as if it was fact.

That said ? what the FUCK with this waaaaay far-fetched theory??? My eyes about popped out of my head when I read it. I agree, it just makes no sense whatsoever. I like reading about different theories, even when I disagree, but this one is so whacked that I?m speechless about it.

I don't believe she sneaked into his house. IMO, the sexual pictures prove that. I believe she got there at 3:30 or 4 am like she said-and the reason I believe that, Jodi would not have known that Travis was watching the youtube videos if she wasn't there when he was. So I do believe that part of her story.

It is possible that before she left after killing him, she pushed the screen out of the window to make it look like a break in or something. Or it's possible that the screen is defected. I have one that always pops out.

Good point about her knowledge of the youtube videos pointing to her arriving when she said she did. I think she does mix in bits of truth with her mountains of lies (in an attempt to make her lies more believable). I?m fascinated by trying to puzzle out what?s what.

My own theory (which I?m constantly developing and adjusting) is that JA?s plan was to shoot Travis and make it look like a robbery. I think she sweet-talked him into the shower to get him in a vulnerable position, and planned to shoot him, steal a few things, and take off.

Then her plan went awry ? perhaps Travis saw the gun and tried to get it from her ? and a struggle ensued, hence the stabbing and leaving what Flores called the best evidence he?d ever had in a homicide case. I think the ninja story could have come from a mush-up in her twisted little mind of her original plan with Flores saying there had to be more than one person involved.

I think the most likely explanation for the screen is that she popped it out to make it look like a break-in (as berm suggests), and that she did it on her way out the back door when fleeing the scene. I think her staged robbery at her grandparents? house was probably a ?practice run' to see how to get away with a robbery, as well as to get the gun.

Of course we?ll probably never know for sure - that?s what keeps me obsessing over this case!

isn't locking the bedroom door on her way out almost as "executive thinking" -ish as the photo deleting? locking the bedroom door is not something she would do by rote, I wouldn't think, being that it's not her house.

I would have to go back to review Melendez original testimony. But someone here said it was mentioned before that some photos out of a lot were deleted. I have a feeling though, that with Jodi's and others testimony about the Fog, etc, that there was a juror who wanted to bring that up again just to make sure in their mind that there were indeed quite a few photos not deleted from the camera. Just the ones from June 4th were. I think that person doesn't buy the fog story.
The police report says: "On 6-19-08 I was contacted by Detective M. Melendez about images he located on the memory card found in the digital camera, which was in the washing machine. The digital card had several pictures on it, including some which had been deleted."

What it doesn't tell you is, once you reply all you've checked you have to go back and UNcheck the blue check marks.

Select a post by clicking the plus + sign then go on to select your next one again check the + sign
when you check the plus + a BLUE check mark will appear.
After you have selected whichever posts you want to reply to, that is when you hit the reply button
****AFTER you Reply, you have to go back and UNcheck all your Blue check marks or they will show up again on the next Replay you do.

Go ALL the way to the RIGHT hand side of the quote bar and click on the quote bubble with the "plus" sign next to it -- PAST the "Reply with quote" button:



Clicking on it will put a check mark where the + sign was.

Now go down to another reply and click on the same FAR RIGHT quote bubble and another check mark will appear!

Now you may either click on the "Reply with quote" button in a post, or better go to the bottom of the page and click on "Reply To Thread"

Every post with a check mark will be quoted in the reply box.

Would someone please put Deanna into some perspective for me please?
For the past TWO months, like Juan didn't present ANY thing during this, the talking heads are freaking me OUT! They have gone ON and ON and ON about premeditation. Juan alluded to it ALOT during the past two months, and yesterday definitively beyond reasonable doubt IMO, proved she was a BIG FAT HONKING LIAR. Yet, the only focus (it seems) is on Deanna and the fact that Travis was, in fact, NOT a virgin. Did anyone REALLY believe he WAS?
I thought Deanna was honest, and LOVED Travis in a NORMAL way. Proving Alyce was, surprise, totally full of shit with her patterns, familyl of origin and vulnerable crap. That stabby was in fact batshit abnormal. I thought Juan knocked a grand slam with the entire day of witnesses, and am totally confused by the chitter chatter on TV. I found Nurmi and his questions offensive.
I thought Juan got more out of yesterday than the past three months of the psycho babble stuff. Am I missing stuff, or watching too much TV?

I said this very same thing to myself yesterday. On not one of those shows did anyone mention that JM knocked it out of the park regarding the gas can never being returned, and the fact that she filled them up again in Utah pretty much meaning that she used the gas that was in them in order for them to be empty again....
The big deal was that TA wasn't a virgin, and he had sex with a girl that he had been dating for years. Seriously. Who. the. fuck. cares. Also making a big deal that his friends still thought he was a virgin. He liked to keep his private life private. Again. Who. the. fuck. cares.
I don't know what is worse all of them skipping over the most critical and important things that happened and glorifying the bullshit or NG playing portions of the long adjourned trial saying that it is "going on in the courtroom now" like we are all sitting there like this saying "really NG, is it going on right now, because of the time difference?" End Rant.

To me she displayed a lot of "executive thinking" by deleting only the naked photos and the ones of her dragging TA, locking the bedroom door, putting up Napoleon's dog gate so he couldn't get upstairs, attempting to clean up, disposing of the weapons, throwing stuff in the wash, making sure she was gone before the room mate came home, etc.

I don't see Flight or Fright there at all but I'm not an expert and neither are the jurors (that we know of). I'm sure that JM is going to point all of this out in his closing argument and then again in his rebuttal to defense's closing argument.
