Ack, the trial that is sucking my life force!!! I know this has been asked, but what is the definitive answer on 'ol Bobby Juarez the Vampire? Is he around or did he pass away? I've read several things about him, so I'm not on the up and up with him. If he is indeed around, I would piss myself if Juan pulls him out of his hat as a rebuttal witness. I know it was years ago that he was with that bitch, but I bet he has some whoppers of Jodi psycho stalking, even back then. The cans show Jodi was trying to make sure she had enough gas to get through Arizona without having to buy gas. They are evidence of premeditation.

And more important, this is NOT just "one more lie". Some people might actually buy her story that she lied at the beginning because she was afraid or ashamed. However, Jodi made a BIG deal to the jury about how she was absolutely telling them the whole truth now, on the stand.

Jodi looked that jury right in the eye and said with apparent total sincerity that she returned the third gas can to WalMart, and also that she did not fill up three gas cans in Utah, only two.

Those were LIES. Not long ago "I was scared" lies. Not "I was in a fog" lies. Not "I was suffering from PTSD lies". Those were lies right here and now, to this jury, after she swore she was all done with lies and was telling the absolute truth now. And she told the lies with great sincerity.

So, now that it is proven that Jodi flat out lied to this jury, while looking and acting all sincere, the jury has reason to believe that much of what Jodi said was a lie. There is no more reason to believe anything she says. So if a juror was torn between Jodi's story and the evidence, now there is no more reason to lean in favor of Jodi's story.

She said "yes I would be surprised" when he asked her if she would be to learn that Walmart had no record of a gas can being returned. Then she did her robot turn to the jury to show how sincere she was.

I think she has lost a lot of weight and looks drawn!

She looks more and more like the preying mantis that she has been compared to.

He's downplaying lying under oath? He's got nothin. There's a couple people on HLN that have to take the defense side that are really reaching a lot.

I hate that show After Dark. The defense usually just takes the prosecution words and twists them around instead of trying to actually prove the prosecution wrong. And there are so many inaccuracies from both sides on that show.

That show is absurd, there is always one person who votes contrary to the rest to get extra camera time, I have seen the same blonde lady on there several times doing that. The only unanimous vote they have had so far is did she plan the murder, if those numbskulls can get the pre-meditated aspect surely a real jury can.

I keep thinking about the family, sitting in the same room with this bitch while she just shows NO REMORSE, writing/drawing or whatever the hell she's doing...ugh I don't even know what to say.
