She's adamant she returned the third gas can. Add that third gas can to all the other premeditation evidence and it's all right there, if the jury chooses to see it. There's no reason for her to use her debit cards for two gas cans and the car and then pay cash to fill up the third one. Walmart will prove she's lying again. Why would she lie about the gas cans? Because it points to premed.

Why would she fill them on the way back?? I don't get that one. Since she told people she would be in Utah.

I really hope the defense doesn't come up with much to fight this.
I figure all they can say is that there could have been some sort of mixup, human error. I hope the jury doesn't buy that. Alone it isn't the most damning evidence ever, but with everything else it makes things look pretty bad for JA...

There isn't anything to fight it with. He can try for human error, but nobody is gonna buy it.

The reason it is SO devastating is because it PROVES Jodi looked at the jury with a straight face and total sincerity and insisted she did return that gas can. So now the jury knows beyond any doubt that Jodi was willing to look them straight in the face and flat out lie. So they know nothing Jodi says can be trusted.

Her goose is cooked.
