My 7 year old said "IS SHE STILL IN COURT?!? GEEZ JUST TELL THE TRUTH!!!" LOL every time he sees Jodi he says that.
He's such a sexy beast
Not necessarily, the final jurors will be chosen by lottery. There are 15 remaining jurors, only 12 will deliberate.
She was mouthing off to the Judge as well as she over ruled Jenny's objection
They shouldn't. Jurors are asking questions to clarify things.
These questions make me think that the jurors understood Dr. Demarte's testimony better then Dr. Samuels and Alyce Laviolette.
Just clarifying a few details, but nothing bad.

@WildAboutTrial
Does it cause any concern for you that the written answers are written by someone familiar with psychological knowledge vs a layman?
BOOM
Oh god no...Please Willmott don't take forever.
I think this is because JD failed on explaining this one. It would be much better to have been more specific.
IOWs, flashbacks nightmares would be about two people you don't know, can't predict what they might do, attacking you, one holding a gun to your head etc
vs
Someone you know lunging at you but not holding a gun to your head

im not too worried about those question
the juror questions were basically trashing alyce's testimony, but i didnt get that impression here
Bad question about the camera IMO! Bet it's from the juror I've heard ask other bad questions. I think there's one in there!
I think the jury doesn't realize that, even though Jodi was a 'photographer' (supposedly), she may have known a lot more about photo-editing (e.g. photoshop) than she did about the workings of a DSLR! DSLR technology was still in relative infancy in 2008, and it's highly plausible that Jodi thought it was enough to delete the photographs and run the camera through the wash to destroy the evidence!
Jodi started taking pictures way early in life, and probably used a 35mm SLR, and maybe even earlier technology using film. If you run film through a wash, it WILL destroy it! She knew you had to delete the images (and did so). IMO, she thought it would be enough to run the smart card through a cycle to destroy it!
As to why she didn't just remove the memory card, or even take the whole camera, well, in her words, "I've never killed anyone before!"
My freaking feed froze. Why do the commercials SCREAM! when I reload the page.
Nurmi was smiling at what Dr. DeMarte said, but then realized what he was doing so he got serious and looked around. It's like when you laugh at a joke somebody you dislike/hate says.
The jury had only a few questions. Martinez didn't have any follow up except to let her answer the other question.
I bet Willmott has lots. She was scribbling like crazy. She will have as many as she can squeeze out.
Good questions overall. Only one that causes worry. Either that juror believes Jodi or likes playing devil's advocate. Hopefully they won't make the cut. Or they will see the truth in time.
ETA: Willmott is continuing on with her ridiculous behavior.

Juror who asked question knows that Samuels fudged the test for her, either by filliing it out himself or feeding her the terminology
Use this one, no commercials...ever

the whole point is why would someone that was attacked by a bear report that it was a tiger? Sending a search party out to look for a tiger when a killer bear is running loose. In Jodi's case it was neither a Bear or a Lion. She wasn't attacked at all she was the attacker so all the evaluations done on her based on her lie are invalid.

You know, I'd be willing to give Dr. Dick's position on the PDS test some credence, but what the hell difference does it make if she has PTSD after killing Travis. I don't think it negates the gas cans, the lies to friends about the trip, taking the battery out of her phone, stealing the gun. etc. etc.
Anyone recall Demarte's answer to this juror question off the top of their heads?
Do you feel "mark my words no jury will convict me" is part of borderline personality disorder?
