I would love to see the whole text, and IM messages. Mostly the one I want more than anything is the part of the conversation BEFORE Travis replied with "This is in response to your dire conversation"

I think Jodi's text before Travis' replies are the "nail" in the coffin. Maybe they are considered legally against her (or whatever that legal term is). IDK

I believe Dr. DeMarte when she said that all Travis' bad words were always in response to Jodi intruding in his life and stalking him. May 10 was the last nice text he sent her. May 26 was the next time he texted her....and that was the mean text.

From May 10 until June 4- There is only 2 text from Travis and 1 IM....and one phone call. That has all that has been shown on Travis' side. That's just 4 communications with Jodi.

On Jodi's side-There were multiple emails, that stupid poem, Texts, IM and lots of phone calls that only last seconds.

I think that "dire conversation" happened on the phone, Jodi was very very careful not to commit her crazy ranting and raving at Travis to paper, email or text....all the stuff we have seen so far has been mostly passive/aggressive shit but in person I bet she got down and dirty.

JW and Jodi (not so much Nurmi) appear to get along just fine in court, but I suspect her lawyers take some serious abuse from Jodi. Jodi's no Einstein (pfffft) but there's no way she can look at JW and think she's doing a good job. Can you imagine how much that must piss her off? As for getting sick...I'm sure she does get migraines, but I'm willing to bet that at LEAST one of her no-shows or delays was her being a flat out fucking diva/child and raging out when things didn't go her way.

I'm just dumbfounded. This is literally a matter of life and death for Jodi, and she can't deign to lower herself and swallowing that fucking pride to appearing pleasant/aggrieved/remorseful/anything other than hateful.

Nor has Dr. D asked Jenny if "she is mad at her".

Not did Dr. D bring a cheering section with her to court to give her neck rubs during the breaks.

And she can always find the relevant papers instantly.

Dr. Demarte didn't have to come up with tortured theories to support her conclusions... so it's easier to be conversant in her delivery.

In contrast, ALV spent so much time on the stand reading and making everybody wait.

I also can't help but notice that she also adheres to the "hilarity in court" ethos of other Team Jodi members. Because attending the death penalty trial of a friend or family member who brutally slaughtered a man is always something to laugh about!

Dear Diary,

I'm so sorry I've been neglecting you. I have been so busy writing my autobiography. Not to mention my manifesto! I have so much I need to get down on paper. I use most of my court time to write and write and write. It helps me deal with my anger and stress issues too. When I write about my life it helps me remember how awesome I am for surviving so much abuse and pain. I mean really, when you think about all I've been through, it's amazing I only murdered one person. I could easily have murdered at least 20 people. And that is only counting the people who make me angry. It does not count all the people of whom I am jealous or just annoy me. Geez....the state of Arizona should be giving me a medal!

I had to cancel court yesterday. I just couldn't go on another minute. My greasy hair is giving me headaches. I blame Willmott. She said I should not wash it so that I will look more homely. But now the grease is causing me major migraines. I just don't know what to do. I really hate that Willmott wants me to look so ugly in the first place. I agreed to the ugly clothes and glasses. I even agreed to the awful bangs. But, why does she insist on my hair being dirty? I think she just wants me to look more like her. She is so ugly that I have to really work at it. It's not easy to make someone as gorgeous as me look gross. And old. Willmott looks really, really old.

Not showering is causing other hygienic issues as well. It is my 'time of the month' and lets just say things are starting to get a little ripe. Nurmi is refusing to acknowledge me because of it. He says he can't handle the smell, but I think he is really afraid of me. He should be. If he doesn't get me acquitted I will make sure and take care of him. Whatev. He stinks too. He smells like a dirty cat box. Well, the guy has like 14 cats, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I hate cats. I wish they were all dead.

So...it seems I am becoming even more popular now that my Twitter account finally became public knowledge. I've had it for months and it was starting to upset me that no one knew about it. Finally I am getting the attention I deserve. Since my Twitter has been such a huge success I've given out my Facebook password (skank69) as well so that it could be updated. I am so happy that I am finally getting the following I have always known I deserve. It has been 'Travis this and Travis that' for far too long. This is all about me and now everyone knows it! Yay me!!! I wish I could do something for myself to show how much I appreciate myself. I guess all I can do is keep being the beautiful and powerful person I am. Oh, and lots of masturbation. With two hands of course.

So, MISS DeMarte thinks I am borderline, does she? What I wouldn't give to get her alone in a bathroom shower stall. She wants to analyze me? How about how she tries to look just like me? It is obvious that she is obsessed with me. What does that say about her? I knew the minute I saw her that she would be no use to me. I have a very intuitive sense about who I can use and manipulate. She is worthless as far as that is concerned, therefore she is a worthless life.

Well, all this negative talk has caused my fake migraine to come back. I guess that's what I get for not sticking to the premises of The Law of Attraction. So...I will now try to correct that. Jodi is awesome. Jodi will have fame and fortune. Jodi will be found innocent. Jodi will have everyone worship her.

I'm feeling better already.

Oh yeah, I wish we got to see the whole of the IM's or emails, so frustrating, but I honestly believe that Jodi was very careful about putting certain things down on paper. I'd stay she'd been collecting a lot of things on Travis for a long time, emails, facebook, mypace msgs, (wouldn't take much to print these out) recording phone calls etc.

I think JM can bring them in now that the defense keeps referring to them. He wouldn't have wanted to on his direct because there was too much to make Travis look bad. Maybe he did ask for the recess so he could explain that to DeMarte.

I don't think he has to because DeMarte stood her ground. She said the book she most referred to on DV was Lenore Walker's latest edition. All that dancing around Wilmott did, was just that, dancing. I only hope JM is merciful and doesn't make JW look too much of a fool.
