Willmott is still being SOOOO ridiculous. I can't get over her snarky attitude. I think she is SOOOO much worse than Martinez. At least Martinez is consistent. He treats all the witnesses the same "brisk" way. Willmott is CLEARLY against DeMarte. It makes her look soooo bad. I'd feel sorry for her if she wasn't being such a b*tch. But, she is, so I hope she reaps what she sows.

Dr. DeMarte is an ethical and totally professional woman, giving an unbiased assessment of Jodi Arias. Try as she might, JW cannot shake Dr.DeM's resolve. I'm sure the jury sees the WORLD of difference between the quality of the "experts" in this case. But the defense team could never have gotten this kind of expert on their side.....because Jodi is guilty as hell.

The email was from Feb. 14, 2007. the date she claims she received a package from travis in the mail that contained melted chocolates, the Travis Alexander's shirt, the pink panties with Travis' on them and the spiderman underwear.

According to Jodi, Travis and Jodi began officially dating Feb. 2, 2007. But the email she sent to Abe telling him that she and Travis weren't boyfriend and girlfriend, but she still didn't feel comfortable hugging Abe was sent in late February 2007.

This is from People magazine, until I can track down the actual testimony.

She says that as Alexander chased her through a walk-in closet "like a linebacker," she grabbed a gun that she knew he kept on a top shelf. She says that she held up the gun, expecting that Alexander would stop charging at her, but he didn't.

"The gun went off, I didn't even mean to shoot, I didn't know my hand was on the trigger," Arias testified. She says that, as they wrestled on the ground, she assumed that she'd shot a hole in the wall, not that she'd hit Alexander. After that, she says, "there's a lot of that day that I don't remember, there's a lot of gaps.

I'm pretty sure that the first time any mention of Jodi getting up after shooting Travis and ran down the hall was during Dr Samuels testimony. In fact, I was thinking about that when he said it, cuz I had remembered she had said she didn't remember anything after the shot.
