You are probably right. She's def up to something fishy. If I were her I would be afraid to say I'm to sick to continue the trial for the day because I wouldn't want to piss off the jury.

I feel so sorry for the jurors. They must be soooo ready for this trial to end.

My guess is it will take them 3 hours to reach their verdict of guilty as charged.

I'm sure that's true for migraine sufferers, but Jodi's issue has a few problems.

1. She's not touching her head or face to exhibit any kind of pain

2. She's standing around seemingly with no issues in a bright bright room. I've had an occasional migraine in my life and bright light was excruciating.

3. She's not removing her glasses. You would think that would be the first thing she did.

4. She very clearly had makeup on earlier in the day, and suddenly it was gone when she returned to the courtroom. It's not like she took it off because it was affecting her migraine. And if she was debilitated by a migraine, the last thing she would think about was taking her makeup off for whatever reason.

Suppose she could legitimately been sick, but considering the above, seems very unlikely. Her migraines seem to come whenever she personally needs a break on the stand (i.e. where Martinez was disproving she was some little virginal girl that Travis forced into sex), or when her defense team is stumbling.


Anyways, Jodi's about 9 days early for her "monthly" migraine. The previous 2 were on the 26th and 27th respectively. Of course, Judge said today that there was going to be no court on April 26th, so I guess she couldn't call in sick that day to be consistent.

To be fair, i did notice at one point she had her hand on her forehead. i almost took a screen shot but was too lazy. Probably getting in the act. We all know it's so JW can find something else to be wrong about! I'm loving how JD is holding her own. When you don't have to lie its pretty easy to answer questions!

Nah see I gave this some thought, and yeah I want to know where she tossed everything, the truth and all that, but it'd be too late now with all this time she's spent with her goddamn lies. And I don't think fessing up for real (or anything really, especially for this psycho bitch) should warrant a pass from the DP.

When I first read your question, I thought I might consider it. But, my answer is no.

Anything Jodi did now would be purely to save her own skin. She has not exhibited one ounce of remorse; she has absolutely no regret in murdering Travis. Worse than that, she has done everything she can to torture his family and drag his memory and reputation through the mud.

Hell, Jeffrey Dahmer expressed remorse. Jeffrey Dahmer knew that he was a monster and he was willing to take the punishment due. Jodi is a cold-blooded killer without a conscience and no feelings for anyone but herself.

This asshole comes to court and laughs and gossips. She hocks her creepy drawings to fill her bank account. She thinks she's a freakin celebrity. She is enjoying every minute of it.

There is nothing worth saving in Jodi. She doesn't deserve to watch tv, socialize with others, read books in the library and receive visits from friends and family multiple times a week. She took that all away from Travis and she took him from all of those who truly loved him.

Jodi deserve nothing less than to rot away, by her lonesome, until that fateful day where she will get a far more peaceful death than she gave Travis.

Very true. In general population they get more privileges than on DR. Talk about uber locked up! I agree she deserves as much misery as possible. She has been so confident she could talk herself out of this. "No jury will ever convict me."

I'm still not convinced she just tossed them out the window in the desert. I guess it is certainly possible, but just about everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. She could have had someone hide them for her, or dumped them separately in random dumpsters, etc. They'll never be found. I guess that is one thing that she got right out of all of her attempts to cover crap up.

I think the state would accept that. LWOP is still LWOP. Jodi would never have a chance of walking the streets again. If she had to give details before the state accepted her offer, that would probably get rid of all chances of her getting an appeal later on in the future. The money meter would pretty much stop b/c there would be no more trial, and I've always heard it was cheaper to keep somebody on LWOP instead of death row. Jodi would fade away.

Ouch. After all that talk of her attempts to assume the characteristics of others, won't people jump to conclusions if Jodi turns up at the defense table with a bald spot THAT serious? But I guess if they let the defense hire the trepanning expert , & this expert meets the standard of the other defense experts, then there won't be any need for the DP phase..
