I'm so completely exhausted I can barely even type this ..as you know there was nothing this pm and it was dismissed due to Jodi's new "migraine". She did look horrible but she did manage to eek out a snotty look toward the family side (Clancy, the "drunk girl" was on the front row today) as the jury filed in only to be dismissed.

Katie attends the trial most days and sits with the family. I think Clancy Talbot was the source of Stabby's migraine today. Between Demarte's testimony and refusal to be shaken by Willmott and Talbot sitting front and center I think it was just too much for her.

Seems like you may have a pretty good system set up--- Maybe you can clear up something I heard this afternoon when they got back from the extended lunch, only to be told court will recess until tomorrow.
After the jury left again, camera's zoomed to Willmott & Aria's & right after that up to the judge who said the jury has left some said something then a giggle & a SHhhh ... Just throwing that out there because I am as curious as hell.

Are you guys serious? You seriously thing JW called someone on the witness stand a bitch with a microphone so that the judge can hear her, prosecution can hear her, uh the witness can hear her? Really? Pretty sure something would have been said, at least by JM. You didn't have to have it cranked up to hear that she said something under her breath, so someone in the court room WOULD have heard her if she was calling a witness a bitch.

I just can't in this thread sometimes.

Also, when I was watching trial I thought that Jodi looked worse than normal, so it's not out of the question that she really wasn't feeling well.

As the "image in the iris" has proven, though, anything can happen in this trial.

I know there are mixed opinions on what was or wasn't said by Willmott.
I took the clip and ran it through a audio editor. I slowed the speed and amped the volume.
She sounds a little like Darth Vader (because of the speed) but I can tell what she is saying.
What I hear is "You bitch" and I hear it clearly.

You can hear it even better if you listen through earphones while standing on your head..."fucking kill you bitch"...clear as day. Seriously, try it.

Hey, I downloaded the clip, amped the volume, worked on the adjusted "normalize" and you can hear a woman say ____ make it fancy, then a guy laughs/giggles and then the judge. I'm not sure what the one word is that the woman is saying before "make it fancy". I'll reattach it to the video and upload it for you.

Jodi DOES have mental illness (personality disorders and anxiety disorders are forms of mental illness) but she was not insane, for sure. Not a defense in this case.

I thought it was just the second, I can only recall one other one. I was going to ask when it was, if it was about a month ago? Migraines can be triggered by hormone fluctuations. Happens to me sometimes, just sayin'.

There was the date back in February -- the 26th -- where Jodi was boo-hooing claiming that she didn't get lunch. Remember that big dust-up? Sheriff Arpaio then said Jodi gets a bag lunch like every other prisoner. That was a partial day because Jodi apparently was getting migraines from not eating. For the record, that apparently was the day when Martinez was asking Jodi on cross about anal sex (Coconut!), KY and that she enjoyed the sex, etc.

The second incident was March 27th. That was the hearing day where the defense was boo-hooing about the media wanting to know the costs of the trial to Arizona taxpayers. They screwed around till almost lunch break, then they just ended up cancelling court cause Jodi had a migraine.

I don't doubt that migraines can flare up with hormones, but I thought one of the meds she was taking was for migraines. Anyways, yeah, today makes 3 migraine days. Add in Alyce's issue on April 3rd and the defense has mucked-up 4 court days in 7 week's time for "medical reasons".
