Hi from the USA! In our court system it was completely appropriate. You'll notice that Wilmott's approach to cross exam is the same as Martinez. Start attacking the expert's credentials, experience, methods, findings.

No relevance to anything, just a fyi, in Scotland we have 3 verdicts, guilty, not guilty and not proven. How ludicrous is that? A cop out decision for a jury if ever there was one. Tellingly, in murders related to gangland crime, this is an often found verdict. (Jury being got at.) You guys will be glad your jurys' don't have this option, it causes all sorts of shit here.

I don't believe the judge could continue knowing Stabs was having a temper tantrum migraine. She probably never looses the thought that she does not want a case she presided over going up on appeal. Trying to keep it all tightly wrapped. She did look pissed.

I really like Judge Sherry Stephens although I have criticised her for failing to intervene when ALV was unresponsive to Juan Martinez' questions. She has chosen the avoid a mistrial at all costs route. I agree that she had litle choice but to let court go today, IF Arias is faking sick. I bet the judge wants to shake Arias' smug smirk off her face more than most of us.
