Dr. Janeen DeMarte is back on the stand. Palin is still up for the defense. Both the doc and Palin are both wearing almost the same black and white shirt.
Experience- EX 624- The doc's CV. Palin is saying boy usually turn into preprators and girls usually turn into victims. The doc was hired to testify.

Peer review- Doc has 2 publications. She was not the lead author. The doc has her own pratice. July 2011 is when the Doc seen Jodi. There are 2 other doc's in her practice. Doc has an advertisment on the web site. She offers a free first time visit. $120-200 an hour. For Therapy she charges $125. She accepts insurance. (Palin, Palin, Palin-what the hell does this have to do with Travis being murdered?) Testifying is 300 an hour. Doc has 6 open cases, and 2 she has completed. Doc works for both state and defense. (Palin is dumb) I guess Palin is saying the Doc said she only had 4 open cases when they interviewed her before. (Duh, is it not possible that somebody has got cases since the interview)

Doc said she spent a lot of time reviewing the information. Doc billed (Oh, Palin just got downright bitchy at the doctor) Doc spoke to Steven Alexander and Jodi. That was the only people she spoke with. (At least the doc still just answers yes or no to the questions)
Palin is saying that the doc. lied on the advertisement by saying she has been practicing for 8 years. The doc has listed that she specializes in PTSD, but there is nothing listed in her CV.

Palin says there is no where that the doc talks about trauma on her CV. Doc answers "Oh yes I do. There are several" The doc taught 4 yrs at MS in abnormal. Palin is listing tons of journals about trauma. (I guess Palin thinks she is a bad doc because she doesn't go to conferences)

Palin is now saying it was bad b/c she gave Jodi a quick reading test before testing her on the MCMI.
Why were you concerned about her IQ when you read her writings? I thought she was inmature.

TSI was handscored. PDS test- The doc has never given the PDS test before. The doc had to borrow a copy to see Dr. Fog's test. EX 550- The PDS test. Palin is reading off copyright information. (OMFG-) EX 523- The test questions. Palin wants to know if she gave JM a copy of the test questions-The doc said she did not give him copies. Doc admits she shared the copyrighted questions with JM. (Who cares about copyright when a guy was stabbed to death?) EX 550- Jodi's answers to the stupid copyrighted test.

Jodi told the doc that Travis attacked her and she felt her life was threatened.
Palin keeps showing Dr. Fog's test. UGH.
Triggering events- (haha, the doc keeps asking for Palin to repeat her question in a different way. LOL.) Now Palin is bringing the soldiers in this story again with PTSD.
MCMI test- The doc did not give the MCMI test to Jodi. Jodi's area scale was in the normal range. EX 541- MCMI profile of Jodi- anxiety and PTSD and desirability are ranked high. Now Palin wants her to look at the borderline number. Jodi scored a 11, way below. Dr. Fog didn't give the doc the review that came with the score but NOW Palin wants her to review it.

I said this in the other thread...I really think Wilmott is in the wrong area of law. Trial lawyers are a unique bunch. They really need to be quick on their feet, with extensive legal knowledge and competence. Wilmott has a difficult time posing questions to witnesses and she has no clue how to object to questions, which is why so many are overruled. It's actually embarrassing. In my opinion, she'd do better to go into Bankruptcy Law or Social Security Law, and STAY OUT OF THE COURTROOM!!

I don't think so since Wilmott's CV brags that she taught Trial Practice to colleagues in the Public Defender's Office when she was just briefly (two or three years?) out of Law School.
