I think that what Juan is doing here is ultra brilliant. He is writing bullet points down and in turn, I bet inviting the jury to follow along with their own notes. Huge impact if you go into deliberations and those notes are there to remind you of this testimony. I noticed he did the same thing in presenting the State's case in the beginning. This jury will remember everything that Juan has put out in front of them.

I would think there would have to be heightened signs/symptoms and new symptoms to show a person has PTSD. There would have to be a change from baseline behavior.
