A couple pages back, ppl were talking about premeditation and gas cans. I remember the video of mama arias saying, "I asked her if she was in AZ and she said, 'no, I wasn't in AZ and I have gas receipts to prove it'." That speaks premeditation to me (as well as video of Arias telling Flores "can't you just look at red light cameras and see if you spot my license plate?" Hence the fact she turned her own plates upside down) Will the jury see that mama arias video in rebuttal or is it not admissible because it's 'bias' to the defendant or whatever???

You really didn't miss much! Juror #11 (20-something hispanic guy) was permanently dismissed apparently due to illness, and the defense was waving around some kind of "picture" that they said was Jodi displayed in Travis' eye, supposedly sans weapon.

I know nothing about fb. How would you know if it was Donovan? and not some troll thinking they are funny? Can't you contact FB and report a violation? It can't be Arias, she's in jail and complain about copyright infringment or something to shut it down?OMG. I wonder how this is possible? Donovan?? She's also "friends" with 10 new people as of 10 hours ago. Seems Twitter isn't the only place JA is having Donovan use to "communicate".
Its the same account as this one. Its not 100% verifiable but I'd say 99% since the last activity was on July 12, 2008 posting the Shakesphere Festival pic. And her friends list has a lot of familiar names on it (Jon Dixon, Danny Jones, Desiree Freeman, Daniel Freeman, etc)

It is JA's account from 2008... no activity for years... then all of the sudden a picture she already had in her pics shows up... re-posted yesterday

Haven't been on here all day...my daughter lives in Boston and was one block from the bombs and saw them going off. Horrible worry until I could reach her. Definatley made me not fixate on the trial today, but made me wonder if Donovan was in Boston. What an awful day...prayers for Beantown.

If it is current, that is good actually for the mitigation phase. Taunting about the victim, no showing of remorse. Will we see an aggravator added back in .. relishing in the murder.

Lady M, Can't speak for Coco, but this is one thing that bothers ME about JM...he threw all kinds of irrelevant crap out there when he was cross-examining Jodi, your example being just one of many. A prosecutor's job is to lay out the facts to the jury in a concise, crystal clear manner, and as much as most everyone here wants to worship at Juan Martinez's feet, there are times he just does not do that. He's just "old" compared to Jodi; wide difference in their ages. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Sure, it makes a lot of sense to carry extra gas if you are going to Mexico or going dirt biking, quading or even just off-roading. Jodi wasn't doing any of that, however. She was driving heavily traveled highways with lots of gas stations around. This is what is "weird".

I don't know how Donovan would have access to the pictures. It may be a family member, maybe her sister.
Didn't Dr. Fog say Travis pulled on her sweater? Why would she be wearing a sweater in the summer time in Arizona? I think she had it on to hide the knife.
Those early pics of Travis in the shower look as if he didnt know she was there. Plus those pictures are so bad...terrible lighting. I think she had the flash turned off so he wouldn't notice she was there until it was too late.
Actually, when a prosecutor is questioning a defense witness like that, you may not be able to follow the point he or she's trying to make. It's not like they can turn to the jury and say, "Hey guys, the point I'm trying to make is blah blah blah". But he should be able to make it clear in closing arguments.
That particular thread may go nowhere, but it may also become clear in closing arguments.

I am just starting to watch this circus. I can't wait to see WTF this eyeball is supposed to show. I know you all have probably analyzed this. ( as I know the best and the brightest gumshoes are here. If that is jodi standing that seems wrong .. the pic is eye to eye level...the mannequin or dummy he draws with his dpi pixel 420 flash using a promatic angle at a 1800 zoom anal thingy...sheesh. anyway the bimbo is standing and she is reflected fully .... she would have been a lot closer for that outline. She was 3' away she claims

Exactly. Even Nurmi had a hard time keeping Stabby on track.
Rebuttal will reinforce the fact that she lied to jury, over and over. After that the jury will conclude what we've all concluded, nothing she says can be trusted. If she said it was raining in monsoon season I'd still go outside to check!
