Can someone please explain what is going on today? Are they going to try to prove the shower sitting photo was not taken in that time frame?

Did anyone get a screen shot of Travis on the monitor and JA and JW in background just before testimony resumed? It was eerie.
My prediction since the defense is sinking faster than the Titanic is this is just going to be total and complete fuckery.
OMG stop it already! who cares about his background? HE ALREADY said this!!!!
Soo he presents the picture and lets them speculate what can be seen. Says it all.

idk - maybe him testifying is this - he is going to challenge the way the LE blew up the photos and caused some type of problem, making them inaccurate - and the only reason i can think of is to show the accidental pics are some how incorrect - showing jodi cutting neck and dragging, and i think its to prove jodi's story about shooting first and fighting for self defense, not her stabbing and cutting neck and dragging back to shoot
thats the only thing i can think of since every one knows she was there by herself and did it![]()
OMG - REFLECTION in the EYE!!! Haha..I said many times in the past, you could see her w her hair tied up w the camera.
rectal linear![]()
- Beauty is a beast.
Did the witness just say "rectal"??
Coconut must be thrilled!![]()
Were you crying when you were stabbing him? --SuperJuan Martinez
Nobody believes a word out of your mouth. Why do you keep talking? -- ABC Interviewer to JA
Back to the booty hole -- rectal-linear.
Oh here we go...
I really don't understand where this is going. There is NOTHING they can do to avoid a guilty verdict. The key lays now in the death penalty face. To kill her or not... that is the question. I'm for a yes.
ARE THEY REALLY FUCKING DOING THIS???
AM I NOW WATCHING A B MOVIE???

I was wondering if it would it be possible to post on the main feed of this page: It is a letter from sent to the offices of Alyce Laviolatte from a former client of hers who has asked me to post this on her behalf, I just feel it is important for as many people to see this as possible:
Hello all, this is a letter that has been sent to the offices of Alyce Laviolette, written by a former client of hers. I am posting this on her behalf, as she would prefer to remain anonymous for now:
Alyce,
I am a DV survivor and former client of yours and I am devastated by your testimony in Jodi Arias trial. On a personal level, I feel a sense of betrayal that I just can?t shake. I trusted you with very painful material, and now you have, in such a public way, discredited my experience and the experiences of other people whose lives have been legitimately threatened by abusive partners ? including women and men who may one day have to stand trial for killing their abusive partner in a situation of true self-defense.
More important than my feelings are the potential social consequences of your efforts on behalf of the Arias defense. Whether or not Travis Alexander was a ?cad? or a cheater, or called Jodi names, or even manipulated or abused her, he did not create a situation in which she needed to take his life to protect her own that day. You must know this. There is so much evidence to support a different scenario. To participate in framing this case as one involving necessary self-defense due to DV, to give such weight to the idea that Jodi was abused and that this should mitigate what she did, does a terrible disservice to the credibility of authentic self-defense claims in DV cases. I remember how terrified I was to leave my live-in boyfriend, how certain I was that I would be killed if I left him. I?m still traumatized by that fear, and because of this, it?s easy for me to imagine various situations in which abused partners are (or feel) forced to kill their abuser. By contrast, many other people (even those with good intentions) still find it difficult to understand self-defense in cases of DV. Many people still ask, ?Why didn?t she just leave?? Your efforts to support the Arias defense have given ammunition to those who misunderstand or question the experiences of men and women who are abused, especially the experiences of abused people who fight back against the violence and kill their abusers in self-defense or kill them because they have come to believe that they have no other safe way out.
It?s one thing for the attorneys in this case to follow their client?s lead and claim self-defense; it?s an entirely different thing for a DV expert to support that claim when so much of the evidence calls it into question. I will grant you your opinion that Arias was abused (though I?m not convinced of that), but I cannot begin to understand how you believe that ?abuse? led directly to what happened on the day of the murder (and I can?t imagine why you would testify unless you believe that Arias had to kill Travis that day, since that?s the crux of the defense). Your willingness to give expert weight to the idea that this murder was justifiable because of DV will enable people inclined to doubt the self-defense claims of battered men and women to dismiss them more easily in the future. I?m so disappointed that you?ve participated in this trial.
