Hearings in #JodiArias begin on Monday at 9:30 without jury. Jury told to come in at 1:30 pm.
Part of impeaching her is showing she is doing it for the money. I think she was trying to say that even though she needs the money, she has turned down cases, But she got cut off. Remember Nurmi had a few words with her during a 3 min break, I'm sure he was telling her she was at risk of being impeached and tried to give her pointers and she screwed it all up. She is nothing but a spin doctor. They gave her cafeteria style documents and said spin this into abuse. She should have just said that the evidence she was provided with made her come to her opinions. When shown things she did not know about, she should have said it would have been nice to have had that, but I still don't have enough to go on to change my opinion. Instead she looked like a fool. Especially when she called a dead man the abuser and the murderer a victim. She is a feminist and a lobbyist. She worked to change laws for victims of domestic abuse, to get court ordered men into her treatment program. Bashing men has been her bread and butter for many years.
I've been trying to read her "the battered husband syndrome and other myths" and it seems to be part of the womens studies encyclopedia. Does anyone have those books? While googling this subject I did find something sort of funny. It was an article that said something to the effect of you have your womens studies degree and you can't find a job?
I think this is what the hidden message to Matt was. He had said she told him about it and she wanted him to say he actually saw bruises.

I wrote an e-mail to Corporate Alliance to end Partner Violence regarding my concerns about Alyce LaViolette and learned that they have cut ties with her, and she is no longer part of their organization!

I am just wondering how your organization can align itself with Alyce LaViolette in light of her recent unprofessional and biased testimony in the Jodi Arias trial.
It is one thing to testify for the defense; I don't have a problem with that. The problem I have is that she has absolutely TRASHED the real victim in this case, Travis Alexander. She never met Mr. Alexander or talked with his family or friends. She took the word of an admitted liar and cherry-picked e-mail texts and messages out of context and labeled him a perpetrator! She explained away any of Ms. Arias' behavior as "to be expected" because she is a "victim" yet any of Travis' words are considered to be "evidence" to her that he was an abuser. She repeatedly referred to Mr. Alexander as a "liar" because he told family and friends he was a virgin even though he was sexually active, yet said that Ms. Arias was NOT a liar, even though she has lied repeatedly for nearly five years, and gave two different stories about what had happened to the victim before coming up with her "domestic abuse/self-defense" story once her defense attorneys got involved.
How does Ms. LaViolette sleep at night? Watching the Alexander family suffer in court due to Ms. LaViolette's completely unwarranted character assassination of the ONLY victim in this crime is heart-wrenching, and it keeps ME up at night. I wonder if Ms. LaViolette has any more of a conscience than Ms. Arias.
Ms. LaViolette's testimony will make it much harder in the future for REAL victims of domestic violence to ever be believed in court. She has betrayed the very people she claimed to care about and devote her life to.
How do you align yourselves with a woman who has turned her back on true victims of domestic violence and murdered the victim once again in court? Is this what your organization stands for?

Sort of a random question....I was thinking about how ALV said that she visited JA during the time she traveled to her daughters wedding.
