I do too. It needs to be made clear that she asked Juan to step outside with her so she could get better footage, and that they were both surprised and uncomfortable that people began approaching them. It all sounds like Juan was just too nice... to the reporter and the public, but that he did not want the attention.

OK wait up. I'm rewatching Alyce's testimony from this week. Topic of Jodi signing up at LDS Link to meet other guys. ALV said it shows Jodi moving on with her life in a positive definative way as it shiws she's moving on and this would be so troubling to the abuser that research shows this is the most dangerous time for the victim.

No, all I do is express my opinions like everyone else and.... we as civilized human beings have the right to debate those points we disagree with...or not. I don't want to fight with you Annie. This is probably a paranoid question, but is there any chance the defense team would use THEIR OWN word and actions to booby-trap this whole thing for a mistrial? I know they've been nitpicking things that OTHER people have said/done (juror, prosecutor, media) and it's not working for them. For example, when Alyce approached Travis's family, or maybe if it comes out that Alyce was keeping up with the trial outside of the courtroom. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to trip up a juror outside of the courtroom...maybe dispatch Donovan to approach someone and try to casually strike up a conversation about it?
I dunno, there's been so much crazy shit going on. Nurmi's motion for mistrial based on online attacks of the defense team's witnesses (which was absolutely fucking idiotic when you consider that Jodi's got Donovan managing her Twitter account with tweets that appear to insult Martinez).
Those poor jurors. I think they get paid like $12/day and we're at day 45...that's $540. Some of them would probably make that much in just a few days. I'd be sooooo pissed.

I doubt the defense would go that far, but who knows? I think they would be thrilled if HLN somehow does something that would result in a mistrial, or if the camera guy accidentally shows the jury, or if they can discern from the jury questions one of the jurors is reading or watching media coverage. I'm sure Nurmi is watching for anything.
I can't believe the JAII missed that Bobby the Vampire Slayer was still alive. I just simply googled Bobby Juarez and there he was eyeliner and all. The Bobby Juarez that is deceased did not look anything like Hodi's Bobby. It freaked me out that he was a backgroud character on Lost, cuz I remembered seeing him..small world ain't it
