long story short because it seems like I have typed it up like 10 times already. I posted a video about how I discovered the scammers, people shared the info and started joining in on the investigations. I posted a simple question on jaii about a month ago and they banned me which prompted me to start digging. Anyway, they upset me so I opened up jodiariasisabutcher.com just to be an ass. I found the chick that is taking money for art on jodiarias.com, dug up her resume and a crazy video she had posted on youtube. About 3 hours after I published the video of my "investigation" she removed the wacked out video.

OK, so let see if this gets posted :)

The guy that reported amy lantz to paypal... I found this website following the trail of people that was reposting all the info they gathered from my yt video about the website scammers.

I joined to post some new info but as you can see I have been having trouble :)

This is just the practice run right now. There is going to be a mistrial and another trial. It will probably be moved to Samoa, or maybe a marooned cruise ship with no internet access where Jodi can get a fair trial. Then everybody can be sequestered away from HLN and Nancy Grace and bloggers.

The defense will have a chance to get some better expert witnesses. I found a guy who is willing to testify, he is an expert in battering.

Good question....one that I don't know the answer to! I don't think this happens very often. In some states, it is the judge who has the final decision in rendering the verdict when the DP is on the table. I live in a state that doesn't have the DP, so it is an automatic LWOP sentence that the judge must pass down.

I know the answer the answer is yes... In Arizona there can be a mistrial in the penalty phase if a unanimous verdict is not reached (either DP or LWOP) Believe it or not a new jury would be seated to re-hear the penalty phase ONLY...not a complete new trial:

Spent a bit of time reading that, thanks. It un-nerves me how prejudicial the US system is for the accused. Jury comments interesting, particularly the older alt who said she couldn't have sent 'that little girl' (think she was 34 by then), to her death. Probably down to her daughter being around accused's age. It didn't mention if the jury were DP qualified, must read up on a bit more, thanks for the link.

Well, I'm no expert. Most of "jail knowledge" comes from watching Oz. But, as I understand it, sometimes companies do contract out with jails for inmates to work -- for a lower wage than a civilian, but also for more than they would make in jail -- and telemarketing is pretty much a usual thing. Personally, I wouldn't want criminals calling me or having access to information about me.

Imagine an inmate garnering personal info and passing it on to someone who was just about to be released? Unless, of course, it's of the cold-call '3-question survey', though doesn't sound like that. Wee aside, my US friend was hardly in the door 5 minutes before she asked if I'd been watching that darn trial. Said yes, why? Was told I was talking like her, again, lol! I can't imagine that would be allowed, if it's a court matter, it has to be dealt with in open court, surely? Or would I be totally wrong? Judge mentioned the important matter 'they' discussed. I know there's a jury question still to be answered (if allowed) though I don't think it's gonna be that simple. When the issue of the question is settled, and she is no longer considered a def witness, I'm leaning more to her being called back to be told she has either been impeached, in contempt, perjury (not sure if they'd address that at this point in time, if ever) and it would be dealt with when trial's over. Of course I may be well off, but that's what I'm leaning towards. Feel free to pick it apart if I'm not understanding Az law properly.

If the juror who was excused is the one who dressed totally inappropriately for court, then I am fine with him being gone. When I heard about his dress and demeanor, I thought he could be a loose cannon who might have zero respect for the system or the process. Better safe than sorry.

I suppose there's always the possibility he's been called for a long-awaited operation or s'thing, but then he would have needed to declare that, and wouldn't have been picked, but people are strange. As we're only speculating, I'm wondering if he was beginning to freak out and feel out of his depth at the prospect of deliberations. Without meaning to sound cruel, I wonder if his fellow jurors' knowledgeable questions' have freaked him to the extent he doesn't feel 'up to the same standard intellectually' as his peers, and he's had a meltdown. Whatever the reason, you don't suddenly become sick for 'the rest of the trial', so something's off. Jmo.

Well I'm going to get bashed for serial posting from the crabs but oh well.. no loony, until the end of the trial. But don't forget, the media has a standing order for then also to get things released. Some will stay sealed through appeals, but more will come out at end of her "fair trial".[/B]
