I had the same problem trying to upload photos, while in photobucket if you click on your photo they're will be some displays on the right side that show the photos URL, copy & paste that URL

I guess LV has to testify on Tuesday? Obviously it has nothing to do with the case. So I guess she has to admit to talking to the VICTIMS family IN THE COURT ROOM; wicth is against the law RIGHT??

    The surviving Alexanders are:
    1) fighting for the death of a woman their brother abused
    2) not telling the Travis Stepford Mob to stop all their hate
    3) collecting massive amounts of money to stay in court (I don’t blame them though)
    4) allowing HLN to bank on their brother’s death (sickening!!)
    5) who knows how much they get paid to guest on all the TV shows?

So, it doesn’t surprise me that Samantha was outraged by Alyce’s attempt to create peace.

People need to forgive in order for the healing process to begin.

    These people kill me.
Wow, see how they just jump to unfounded conclusions. They are SICK, and this is one of the worst - blaming the family of the victim?!?!
    My answers would be:
    1. Wouldn't you fight for justice if your sibling was brutally murdered? (And even if Travis had abused Jodi, which there is NO evidence of, do you think they would have known about that? Plus, she was the one who did the killing!)
    2. How on EARTH is it there responsibility to tell the hundreds of thousands of people out there not to voice their thoughts and opinions? Why isn't Jodi getting on your site and saying, "stop saying mean things about Travis and his family. Oh, and stop saying that he deserved to die or that the world is a better place with out him." She's not...didn't think so!
    3. Ummmmmm they have spent over 3 months not being able to work and earn a living in order to come to the trial. They are incurring costs of traveling each week (they live in CA) and having a place to stay locally. People are supporting them financially, but I doubt it is enough to cover all the huge costs they have incurred by all this. Plus, what about all the costs for funeral, burial and other services for Travis...ALL of these costs exist because of Jodi - too bad she doesn't have to foot the bill!
    4. Ummmmmmm what control do they have over HLN?!? The court ruled the proceedings would be televised and the media can state their own opinions all they want. The Alexander family has nothing to do with that.
    5. uhhhhhhhh what TV shows have they been on??? Oh right...none! But who was on A LOT of TV shows...JODI! Twist that finger back at your queen bee!

These people are beyond blind and beyond disgusting. They care nothing for facts or reality and are blinded by their own ignorance.

This is the HLN set up out side courthouse. Several trucks and trailers.
The interviews you see of Jink and Katie et al are inside those with the windows in back. I could see them in there when I walked by to the parking lot. As well as many other news outlet vans.

I was late getting out because I got stuck in a stairwell and had to call 911 to get out! I was trying to beat it out of there as traffic gets worse by the minute, and the elevators were crazy with family and jurors and all, so I went down some stairs and found every on every floor the door was locked, hoping floor one would be open. nope. (this is a stairway with motion lights.)
When I got to floor one, I saw tables and chairs like a conference room through the narrow window. Locked. Turned to go back the way I came and the door said "Do Not Enter, Alarm Will Sound". The last thing I wanted to do is set off an alarm in a Superior Courthouse where you go through security to get in! So I called 911. They finally got me with in-house security who directed me out. The alarm is not audible except to them. They told me the door where I entered the stairs was supposed to be locked! Fine security.
Should have just stayed downtown for happy hour rather than enter the rush hour traffic.

If you continue a block east you are at the Diamondbacks Ballpark. So if you get bumped, maybe go catch some baseball? Or a concert at Comerica theatre or USAirways Arena. Lots to do downtown, and the weather is great for all you nor'easters!

I was worried that this juror left because the illness was caused from bullying by the other jurors…. I really hope I’m wrong.

IMO, JM’s whole approach is really about introducing reasonable doubt. His arguments are not about proving his points/the state’s case, but about chiseling a little away from the other side. WTF? He should be a defense attorney…he would probably make defendant quite miserable however. He probably wanted to be a defense attorney, but couldn’t get any clients, and now he is so bitter he wants all defendants to get the DP.

To be fair, I don't think the judge was being rude to Alyce. Alyce was sharing rather personal information while the cameras where still on, Nurmi spoke up and said something, and the judge said something like, "don't tell me about your personal issues..." I think it was to protect Alyce's personal medical information from being aired.

baby is a random google find. You are probably right with ALs personal issues but if we use noncommunication 90% I think the judge has had just about enough of AL.

Ugh. I did not see it as an awesome week based on jury questions. But I keep telling myself maybe its just one or two people asking questions.

Amelia don’t lose heart. I thought the questions sounded like a mix – some were bad and obviously pro-pros, but I thought some of those sounded more like they wanted things clarified for the prosecution and the family in hopes of more understanding by them before the verdict is in. And (GOSH I wish i could remember the name) someone posted on another page that if the jurors had already made up their minds then they would not even bother to ask.

On Tuesday or Wednesday, at the end of the court day, Alyce moved out into the body of the court to greet her two friends waiting there. The Travis family was standing up in place preparing to leave. Alyce approached Samantha Alexander and said something to her. Nobody is sure what that is but speculate it was some kind of an expression of sympathy. It lasted for just seconds. I don't know if Samantha brushed her off or if Alyce was just very brief. Some people around Samantha approached her and asked her about what Alyce said/did. Samantha said, "Don't worry about it. Juan is taking care of it." Alyce slung her backpack on her back and left with the crowd slowly moving through the door into the hallway. One of her friends put a friendly arm on Alyce's back sort of like she was guiding her.

Since then, there has been speculation that Alyce violated some rule/law or other and is in for it. We shall see.

Hi there! We don't know what was voiced but .. Alyce whitel on the stand, can't wait for break time. She whispers to the judge (we hear it) asks for a break. Gets off the stand and instead of taking the break she interrupted for, she heads right for Samantha, who, by then was sitting all alone. She enters Samantha's space, says something to her, makes an arm/shrug body language motion, and walks away.

Yes, it's against the Victim's Rights Act. No member of the defense team can make contact with the victim and/or his family.

Ian, it wasn't at the end of the day. It was when AL asked for a break. The end of day friends arm and arm walk wasn 't mixed in with AL approaching the victim's sister Samantha. The end of day was when AL walked to Nurmi first and they were hugging, then AL's friend waiting in the center aisle walked out with AL with their arms around AL.
