I've just looked at the mistrial motion from April 7, now I dont know much about law but does everything the defense files as mistrial does that have to go under JA name or can the defense make a motion without her name on it?

I think what happens is that every time they have to be face to face with that murderer in chambers it logically upsets them. I mean, just imagine to be in the same room with your brother's killer? wouldn't you be upset too? Poor girls :(

They were scheduling court/hearings for Monday. She told ALV she had to be there Monday or Tuesday and ALV started to go into one of her stories about what she's doing next week. Judge shut her down and told her she didn't want to hear her personal issues and this is a priority.

Not sure but they had Samantha back in chambers again so I am guessing it is still related to Alyce's cruel move since WAT didn't report Tansisha being in there.

Not sure the legal way to do it......but yeah, JM proved Alyce was a huge liar. He straight up busted her. She lied to the jury during the jury questions. I would say, to me, she is impeached.

it's the State vs Jodi Arias, it's her motion, they are just the atty's representing her. There is no one else on trial here to grant a mistrial to.

Judge wanted Alyce back Monday or Tuesday. She mentioned some kind of "issue" but was not specific on camera. She said she knew Alyce had some commitment on Monday, so, then she wanted her back on Tuesday. Alyce made some comments about how she had some tests or something, personal issues. Judge said she wasn't interested in Alyce's personal issues and required her to be in court on Tuesday.
