This is getting ridiculous, I'm glad I'm not a taxpayer in AZ. I would like to see a total calculated for the whole trial comparing time spent in sidebars and recess to time spent testifying.

Then came the doc who was just straight out nutty. But at least with him we knew he just wanted a few bucks for his opinion.

Then came Alyce. She started out good for the defense and seemed knowledgeable. I even kind of liked her. Strange thing happened-she did a complete 180 in her views and it seems she became the worst character in this whole story.

I recall the testimony being odd from Daryl. The thing about Daryl Brewer which was odd was that he was magically demoted at his job in the name of love in order for him to begin dating Jodi. They went from supervisor-perennial waitress to waiter-perennial waitress. Daryl claims they began dating only after not being supervisor.

It is hard to believe, and opens up questions about why and how someone goes down the ladder at a job. Was he manipulated by Jodi way before and did that cause the demotion?

IMO Yes and still is, at least up until the day he testified

He still is, it was apparent in his statements & even in the tones of voice he chose to use.

Alyce is an advocate. She's in way over her head here and she should have acknowledged some mistakes and that if she if she had some different information it MIGHT have changed her mind on a few things.

By steadfastly remaining firm, even in the face of evidence to the contrary she has done herself and most importantly, her client, great harm.

Sorry for long post, but I checked out JAII site for the second time. It is my conclusion that most of the people posting just don't have the facts of the case. And those few with an agenda merely spew regurged misinformation, which perpetuates this cycle of ignorance.

I feel sorry for them. It is obvious most of those people are maladjusted, and probably very lonely. The are looking for answers to the horrors in the world, but don't have the fortitude to find TRUE answers. It's very sad.
