Well, I'm no expert. Most of "jail knowledge" comes from watching Oz. But, as I understand it, sometimes companies do contract out with jails for inmates to work -- for a lower wage than a civilian, but also for more than they would make in jail -- and telemarketing is pretty much a usual thing. Personally, I wouldn't want criminals calling me or having access to information about me.

I didn't get that impression at all. Someone asked if he would be the next mistrial. He answered no. that to me meant it had nothing to do with anything that could even be used for one.
"On the way back to the office" is the clue I think. He wasn't in court, it was after court hours so I don't suspect it was that important. However, I am 'biased' lol I absolutey can't stand when someone plays 'I know something you don't know and I'm not going to tell you' juvenile game. He needs to go back to grade school with that shit, he lost respect on my list with it.

Thanks for your opinion, I am kinda mixed on the whole situation. And with regards to the "I know something you don't", I'm mixed on that as well. Granted, it's kind of pointless to say that he has something that happened, that we would no doubt like to know, but he can't tell us what. I do think it's interesting though, as it may lend some insight into more of the defense team shenanigans.

Love the question about tone! I keep hammering on this while irritating my hubby in my daily rundown of the trial. Basically, he and I are totally screwed if someone ever needs to dump our text messages due to the fresh, sometimes appearing rude, inappropriate, and downright dirty text messages we share. You can't tell tone by any of it! Thus, why I question him with a quick, "Hey, what did you mean by x,y, or z" prior to unloaded a verbal barrage on him =)

Remember that disgusting, heartless comment Jodi Arias made on '48 Hours' when she was describing what she was thinking when she was about to booked for 1st degree murder and have her mug shot taken? She invoked the good name of Travis Alexander and said she thought of what he would say as she embarked upon her journey to be proven innocent.
