Not defending her, but I think she meant that if a person lies once, that does not make them a "liar". It's the pattern of lying that makes them a liar (which I think Jodi shows, so she is wrong, but I think this is what she meant).

It appears Jodi had a pattern of lying, from at least her early teens. Her father said so, during the police interview, and it seemed truthful. Also, an adult who knew Jodi from middle school onward while she was growing up said she was a known liar during those years (and said it very emphatically).

I have to laugh about this crap. Here we have the defense team crying about how people on social media are criticizing their "expert" witnesses, and yet it's perfectly fine for the DEFENDANT to be talking via twitter and taking shots at the prosecutor and the media. Hypocritical much, Nurmi?

Exactly! The DT asked for a mistrial based on the "circus atmosphere", because they claimed it meant Jodi could not get a fair trial. But Jodi has a twitter account?!?

The good thing about it is, it will nip any potential appeal on that particular issue right in the bud. Neener neener, Stabby.

I think ALV revealed her agenda most when she changed her testimony on the details of
1. shooting in the closet
2. cutting fingers on apple
3. slap in the face was actually her jaw
4. Pedo pics not on computer'
It clearly demonstrates that she changed her testimony to comport with Stabby's stories. That was so blatantly obvious to me at least, and if juror questions are in order written I hope one calls her out on it. All of these "revelations" came out in re-direct by Jenny and ALV recanted on these "facts" overnight.

It was blatantly obvious. I would have given ALV one "oops" without too much suspicion, since anyone can make a mistake. But four mistakes on four of the critical issues in the trial?!? Plus, ALV can barely seem to remember her own name without referring to her precious notes, until it comes to these 4 errors, and then she can recall perfectly that while she wrote down one thing, the truth was something else. Balderdash!

Jury Question:

Can two children facing identical abuse situations end up handling those situations very differently when they become adults. Can you explain how and why?

Wow! There's way too much in there to comment on fully, but how about just this. At the age of eight, Travis 'switched' his 'family of origin' and went to live with his grandparents and for the next few years he was an easy boy to raise and by the age of 15, he seems to have learned how to be a good kid and was well on his way to finishing high-school, joining the Mormon Church.

During Jodi Arias's parallel years, she bashed her brother on the head with a baseball bat, kicked the shit out of the family dog and drove it away, learned to grow pot in her Mom's Tupperware on the roof, hit and kicked her mother and, at 15, gave Clinton a BJ, and was well on her way to being a Grade 11 dropout and leaving home to shack up with Bobby Juarez.

Exactly which one of them was it who passed those years growing into Alyce's profile of an adult abuser? And what was it that Alyce said about intimate relations?
