There are so many! Those were just off the top memory. Over all, what was really impressive that stands out, is they clearly see her bias. Then she turns around and answers their questions, demonstrating the same biad. She works so hard to try to be cagey and slip in 'bad Travis' needlessly, she is only digging the hole deeper.

NO way !! She seems to "still" think these jurors are complete idiots, trying to cover up in saying something to the effect of I have friends who come to sit in the gallery I may have thrown them a warm smile. Does she really think they were confused to the fact of whom ALav was looking at. There is quite a difference of looking completely to the left of the court room as opposed to looking out at the spectators. She doesn't give them an ounce of credit, & that alone hurts her. Who does she think she is fooling?
Plus I loved the fact ALav thought she needed to point out that her {male} father, who looked to be the age of 100, sits in the courtroom & she holds no resentment against him because of his gender.
What an Ass she is !!
Yes, this was captured from today's proceedings, after the jury had exited & while the attorneys were at the judges throne.
Can someone let me know if there is court tomorrow & what time.
Sorry I missed it... probably because I slept awful last night JODI does RUIN EVERYTHING :)

Me too. It might kill Twitter.
I think all Coconut is trying to say is that the defense might think they have at least one juror or two that might buy her bullshit story. Coconut has stated many times he feels Stabby is guilty as hell and deserves what he gets. He just likes to explore the defense strategy.
If it was they would have blown themselves up by now
Wilmott gets the last shot with Alyce but I don't think it will matter by that point.
Donavan wasn't even arrested on the arson charge until Sept 2008

Whaaat? How can you say that? Her art was going in a gallery on the walls between Monet's and Van Gogh's!
I sure didn't and I doubt jury did either. Alyce was the one that told them 90% of communication is NON VERBAL! Whoopsie!
Minions the perfect description of them.
Every day as court ends Nurmi and Willmott must wonder how it can possibly get any worse...and then it does.
Alyce messed up quite a few things todayIncluding admitting she took Stabby at her word.

Well, it's all over for Alyce simply because of the fact that she admitted to not having read Jodi's journals after June 4, 2008. Bye Bye Alyce. Nothing you have said means anything . Clearly this woman is dealing with selective evidence. What is the defense team thinking? Obviously, not thinking at all.

I think it is laughable that she thinks the jury buys her bs story that she was smiling at friends (lovers) in the gallery. Most of the time she has not even made her waddle walk back to her seat to retrieve her Harry Potter glasses so she wouldn't have been able to see them anyway. Not to mention dumbass you are not on a broadway stage, you are lying like a mo-fo in a murder 1 trial of a crazy bitch who is looking at you like she could do you serious bodily harm which might explain you seeking reassurance from Jen & Nurmi. Alyce you are a horrible actress and an even worse liar. When the speaking engagements dry up, you will still have your autographed copy of Jodi's manifesto to keep you warm at night, if that doesn't work, take Jodi's advice and use 2 hands!
That too! thank you, they aren't reliable reports. Anything can happen, but I feel more positive than I ever was before about this jury.
Young kids, I didn't see him that way.
Somehow the quote was messed up and one is atttributed to me that isnt' mine.
On the Purple Plum issue, I was disappointed he didn't highlight that more. Then when JW got back up, she deliberately twisted it and let AL mislead. A waitress vs manager, an attempt to minimize the source. I was concerned and rightly so now that that juror question comes out. And yes, he needs to clear that up.
