How can Alyce say she doesn't understand Facebook or blogs etc and have panic attacks from the cyberstalking? If she avoids email etc., why give so much weight to the hate mail? Alyce is accustomed to going unchallenged.

It's not the number, just the presence of the questions. It only takes one juror...

This jury is far from stupid.....and, then there is deliberation. It is not as simple as them going in, taking a vote, and saying "Oh well, one of us disagrees! Sorry, everyone!!" The evidence against Jodi is overwhelming....and Jodi's behavior eliminates any slight doubt that anyone may have had, when this case started. She is disgusting, in every way.

PS...I took those few questions to actually be affirming that DM did not fit Jodi's claim of "battered woman" defense.

I've been watching the trial since it began and have been lurking around here for a while, decided to finally join!


On-topic: oh man, those jury questions today were great, especially calling Alyce out for looking at the DT (even though the actual trial time was pretty short today ). I think JM has this secured for sure, this jury is really not putting up with her BS and it was awesome to see Stabby so unhappy today.

Also, on the bright side, ALV's droning is a great sleep aid.

Agree...only a few questions that cause ANY concern at all. We don't know that the juror who asked the question believes it. They might have wanted to hear what she would say. Also, they might not even get on the jury to deliberate. And even then, they may be swayed by the rebuttal case, common sense, and other jurors during deliberations.

We are talking about Travis and his choices. We are not talking about OTHER religions. Of course, there are other religions that influenced the Book of Mormon. Where do you think Joseph Smith got some of his best material? From the HOLY BIBLE of course. Joseph Smith was born in 1805 and died in 1844. When was the Bible written?
