Thank you for clarifying this, ChelseyDawn. Although I'm not who you were responding to, I was a bit confused about this, too. I thought Marie "Mimi" Hall had testified that anyone breaking the law of chastity would be ex-communicated but her testimony was SOOOOO long ago and I couldn't find her testimony complete with audio and video on YouTube (the only one I found was audio only...I'm totally ADHD, I need visual and audio, lol!).

I'd love to watch her testimony again, if anyone could post a link to it or PM me with one.

What has amazed me, regarding the defense council......they have not set forth, by their client or their own example, a respectful behavior towards the judicial process. Jodi and her lawyers have shown no respect for themselves, the judge, the jury, the state, the observers, the witnesses OR the victim. None. They have giggled and laughed, rolled eyes, shaken their heads and commented as the prosecutor is up. They whisper and chit chat like they've been best buds forever! Do they seriously think the jury has not noticed this? A seasoned defense lawyer would be reeling in their client, especially when the DP is on the table. I have never seen anything quite like it, and I have been following court proceedings for years.

What am I gonna do when they set me free?

I am too famous to live in the USA, and too smart to live in Canada. I like Australia. It's huge and I can get a Range Rover with plenty of gas cans in the back. Koalas are cute. Maybe if I ask Gus he will buy me a ticket to go there. We can put together a dream team and move the whole gang to Sydney. Me, Gus, Alyce, Samuels, Donovan, the twins, Doggyboy. Abe you wanna come with, hotti biscotti?

I will open a theme restaurant/cafe in Sydney. With all my artwork and photography on the walls. How amazing would that be? Jodi's Art Cafe! I will retire as a waitress because of my finger injuries. Donovan can be the manager and my bodyguard. I'm sure the Aussies will love her spirit and she's really good at rugby. Gus can be my sugar daddy and we will probably do a reality show so everyone can keep up with my life after the trial. Nurmi already said he will rep me in Hollywood so he must stay behind in Phoenix. Sad face!

We will have karaoke contests and serve coffee and Cinnabons. I already have the recipe. And best of all I can do my LDS mission at the same time. After a couple years of teaching Australians how to be good Mormons, my sould will be clean and I can take a freaky Australian Mormon for my husband... whoa, both my hands were sinking down into my lap! We are talking about Travis and his choices. We are not talking about OTHER religions. Of course, there are other religions that influenced the Book of Mormon. Where do you think Joseph Smith got some of his best material? From the HOLY BIBLE of course. Joseph Smith was born in 1805 and died in 1844. When was the Bible written?

MJoy, I just logged into my Twitter and was looking at the posts...It was around 11,500 when I went to it, and by the time I read the few posts it had climbed up to over 12,300...almost 1000 additional followers in a span of about 90 seconds. I think people are signing on to follow as soon as they see Donovan on NG or whatever HLN fuckery show she's on tonight. I predict by morning it'll be well over 15,000, maybe even closer to 20,000.

Oh I only celebrate the day, but agree, one good day does not equal a verdict! I have seen very different reporting on questions at the same times. One saying there are none, the other saying there are. Many saying there are 'few' and now we see we are at 96 [thanks berm!] and the judge still has a stack in front of her.
