Not only noticed in passing, date and time, (April 9, 11:03 a.m.) were provided. Someone was keeping an eye on Alyce.

IF--> ALav didn't come off as soooo biased, she wouldn't have all of these detrimental questions to answer.
PLUS as "EVERYONE" stood to respect the jury exiting the courtroom she continued to sit talking to the judge.

Now why did I think this con would do that? She's pissed at the jury and would be damned if she'd show them respect, how dare these mostly male jurors question her.

What I LOVED about those particular juror questions (about Alyce looking over at Jodi, smiling, shrugging) is that they send a message to the smug Jodi (who delights in watching the jury closely!) that what THEY notice in HER behavior carries much more weight in the courtroom. She seems to forget that she is at their very mercy.

I continue to have faith in this jury. Those questions were punishing. There were a few that were related to domestic violence - does anyone have the few exception questions? Even those didn't seem to have nuances. That is why Arias attempted tears. She knows that the jury is not buying ALV. Is there one doubter? Is there one stupid juror that believes Arias? Like others, I fear one fame hungry juror will swap justice for notoriety and media cash. Samuels and ALV did, so it is possible. For now, I continue to place my faith in common sense and decency.

Interesting! I know it is a very, very serious punishment, could there be more to it than you knew? Perhaps they weren't repentant? If Travis had been "caught" and wasn't repentant but planned to continue, then they may consider excommunication because they would take that into account. Not trying to be insulting, promise, but it has to go through a full panel and get higher approval (even disfellowshipping has to go through a council).

PS - Good to know a fellow member! There are so many distorted and inaccurate bits of information flying around because of this case, so I try to correct when I can. :)

I appreciate so much that you lend input. I have the view from what little we know from this case, that LDS doesn't give a short stick to forgiveness. Some seem to want to jump to kicked out fear for some reason. All in all, I don't see LDS or any religion as an appropriate place in this case as far as murder goes.

On-topic: oh man, those jury questions today were great, especially calling Alyce out for looking at the DT (even though the actual trial time was pretty short today ). I think JM has this secured for sure, this jury is really not putting up with her BS and it was awesome to see Stabby so unhappy today.

Also, on the bright side, ALV's droning is a great sleep aid.

Really? Are you familiar with The Bible in any way shape or form? How many religions take the Bible literally? Are you familiar with the Vow of Chastity outlined in the Book of Mormon? These so-called Holy Books make their ideologies quite clear. Any individual who makes a vow to an organized ideology, must adhere to it. If they weaken, then confession is mandatory. The one who strays from his chosen flock, knows this. Jodi wanted to make Travis happy and most significantly her stalker self. The Mormon faith meant nothing to her. Had it really meant something profound to her, Travis would still be alive today.

It appears you know very little about the mormon church. NEWS ALERT....(bombshell!!!) Write this down, commit it to memory, not all Mormons are perfect followers of their religion! They struggle with all of the same aspects that members of all religions struggle with. I agree! TA's religion has NO relevance here! His behavior alike does not even come close to being relevant! Because the Defense have NO defense, they are picking apart everything and it is so very, very, skinny, it could be deemed anorexic! I'm surprised they haven't subpoenaed Napoleon to bark on command!

This twitLonger seems to show the JAII FB page is a money earning enterprise and scam.
Apparently if you connect all the dots (as shown in tweet) it shows that
the CAII FB was set up by the same people and was a money maker.
Those funds were passed on to the Anthony's.
Implication is this site earns money for Arias family.
