yea i don't know if i agree w/ it, its just that i have been reading the news today and they are saying the social media and internet attacks are unprecedent, and now its being looked into and could possibly cause a mistrial. i don't agree w/ any thing she has testified to, but i just worry that every one is inserting themselves into this trial w/ the book reviews, calling all the places she is booked to speak at and demanding she be fired, calling CSLB and her foundation, starting the petion, etc is doing more harm than good - just like every one was mad at hln and jinkasorus for almost causing a mistrial - the same might be happening w/ her. her career is already tanked because any time she tries to testify now they can bring in the transcripts to discredit her, and hope ppl will start leaving it at that and not give jodi a chance for a mistrial or an appeal

The legals farther down explain it is not cause for a mistrial .

The judge could ban Donovan from the court though...

Question...when JM asked ALV about JA shooting Travis in the closet, didn't he have her review her notes first and isn's that what she had written in her notes.......and now today she is saying that that's not true?

I guess the DT informed her she was not regurgitating the "script" correctly? So she changed her testimony. Such integrity!

I agree, it's not witness tampering. But guaranteed: the defense is going to try and prove that it is. At more cost to the taxpayers.

Yep, they are. The silver lining is, if they bring up eeeeevery possible issue now, no matter how far fetched, there are less potential appeal issues. Plus, no way can Jodi claim later than her counsel wasn't zealous and thorough.

Sure you can. Some of Jodi's behaviors were stalking. Others were not.

Travis was at times stalked -- so was I.

Travis at times engaged the woman who had stalked him -- so did I.

Travis had sex with her even when she arrived uninvited -- so did I.

Travis was not afraid that Jodi might physically harm him -- neither was I.

My ex who stalked me for a period of time did not murder me. His did.

It's not black or white. These are fluid relationships, ever changing..

But you posted the above personal comment in response to the subject of this forum which is the trial, right? Why not complete your comment for the sake of future stalking victims? Just curious, that's all.

And I guess we were wrong about the judge actually getting through the questions before re-direct started today. 30 more minutes to wait while they go through them.

I still cannot understand why the judge is allowing the defense to only present part of the text messages and the emails. Isn't this a deeply biased decision? Is Martinez going to be allowed to show the complete records?

Add on the fact that the jury is not hearing some evidence/information about Stabby because it's "too prejudicial". Boggles the mind.

I was kindly reminding them of reasons why Ms. Arias is not innocent. They have a policy on there that all non-supporters will be banned. I just didn't think there was someone staring intently at their notifications 24/7 to get banned that quick.

Lynch mobs are not a good thing. They are awful. They are scary. It's a very ugly side of humanity. I think its pretty immature to want to ruin a womans life because people watching her on TV don't like what she's saying. Don't buy her book. She has been hurt just testifying for JA. To bash her like that is pretty awful.

I totally agree. But that's just how some people choose to react. There's no rioting in the streets or outside the courtroom for that matter. They are voicing their disgust with the only way they know they possibly can, by trying to prevent her from continually giving her opinion (with speeches/seminars and book releases). Not everyone is watching the trial, but some people want real DV victims know that listening to her seminars, or reading her book, may not truly be beneficial based on the way she testified in this trial. IMO the real lynch mob in this case is the defense team. I can't believe how unbelievably unfair it is for Travis.

It surprises me just how blind they are. If someone attacked one of their family members the way JA attacked Travis and then called it self defense, I doubt they would be so supportive then....
